The property was nice. Easy to where we wanted to be for night time entertainment.

The room was a little on the small side, but it was clean and updated. Had everything we needed. The BEST part of this hotel was the restaurant. Three Saints Revival has great food, but the cocktails!! Real, craft cocktails and real bartenders ... that is so appreciated!!

First stay at Hotel Indigo and we will definitely be back! The front desk staff were wonderful and even provided us with an anniversary gift at check-in.

Great location, an easy walk behind union station, an incredible restaurant in the building...the only thing it could improve on is I couldn't get the climate control comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

The check in was nice, and the room was really great. What I didn’t like was having two employees with clipboards banging on my door at 730AM after I had checked in only hours earlier from a transatlantic flight. I responded to them several times amid their constant knocking and it wasn’t until I opened the door half dressed that they told me “there’s no problem”. No explanation, no identification, just really awful service. Not going back. Really disappointing.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The on-site parking garage felt safe and a typical price for downtown. The hotel is nice, but for what it cost per night, compared to other hotels in the same area, I thought it would be a little more impressive. Our room was fine, other than the copious amount of hair I found in the bathroom when we first walked into the room. Finding other people's hair in my hotel room really grosses me out, but we covered the bathroom floor with towels, so it wasn't enough of a problem to request a room change. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend getaway, but I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Clean hotel, close to 16th street mall and food scene @ Union Station.

big and bright city views - glad i paid more for this view.

Only complaint is that the restaurant/bar was not open.

Great location if you are in town for a Rockies game. Not much to do at the hotel itself but the room was clean. Would be nice if parking was free for hotel guests.

Very helpful staff

Friendly staff and great pillows

The outside of the hotel gives the impression it is a nice, trendy hotel. Parking is very disorganized and confusing. Thete is no help with luggage. The interior of the hotel is blasè and the rooms are very underwhelming. The area around the hotel is very busy and in some areas felt unsafe. We will not stay hete again.

Room had not been dusted in a long time. Good location to train station. .

Stay was nice, staff friendly. Bar and restaurant that was attached was closed for remodeling which was a bummer. No pool or hot tub. Very close to great bars and restaurants which was nice. $20 a night for parking in the structure.

Braxton at the front desk did a great job checking us in- friendly, personable and steered us to great spots to go after our very late check in.

I really liked the location of the property. It was very convenient. Everything was nice and clean. Restaurant and bar was closed due to Covid.

Staff was excellent. Thoughtful, helpful amd finnu. Woild definitely stay again
