Wasn’t near as nice as the pictures. Wallpaper coming off.

We have stayed at this hotel a bunch on Xmas Eve because of the location. Well very different if you book thru Orbitz! We had a room facing an alley, the sink was not clean, & on the 2nd floor. I'm a Marriott rewards member and my preferences are a high floor which wasn't recognized. I asked the guy who checked us in if it was a good Christmas room and he said yes, I also asked if there was a good deal for the next night as we may want to stay another night. He said "nope"! So we checked out on Xmas and went to another hotel and they gave me a 16th floor room facing the May D&F tower all lit up. That was a Christmas room!

The hotel location was great and close to the stadiums. The people were great but the bed was hard as a rock and I woke up with a sore back every day. Update the mattresses and it would be a great hotel.

WE loved the high ceilings, spacious room and giant window! Beautiful historic building in a great location with easy access to tons of things to do!

Displeased with an early check in. Given the worst room in the hotel. We got to share our weekend with workers on the roof right outside our window. The hotel is tired. Even the showerhead in our bathroom is old, it's brand printed where I could read it while bathing said "Anderson 2005". The walls are thin. We got to learn all about our next door neighbor's work related trials and tribulations long into the night until I finally had no choice but call the desk for assistance (which was ably and promptly provided) to end the nocturnal lamentations.

I was in town for a conference this week and stayed at the Courtyard for my first night in town as the conference hotel was booked that night. I've stayed in plenty of Courtyard Marriotts in the past and tend to enjoy them. Unfortunately, not this time. Despite the high nightly rate (over $400 for just the one night, including tax), it was definitely on the lower end in quality, if not the worst. The bathtub was clogged and wouldn't drain after my shower. My mom and infant joined me for the trip and the crib that was delivered to the room didn't come with sheets. When I asked for one, I was told that they didn't have sheets for the crib (have never encountered that before!), but was offered a blanket that I used as a makeshift sheet for the crib mattress. To cap it off, the carpet was filthy. So much so that my infant's pants were stained from crawling around the room. The staff is friendly and the location is great. You're right in the heart of downtown Denver and can easily walk to amazing restaurants and great shops. And I imagine the hotel is cheaper when there aren't a bunch of conferences in town. But I just can't recommend this hotel in its current state. It did look like they were doing renovations on the first floor of the hotel. Hopefully the rooms are next!

The location is great and the staff was really helpful. The restaurant also has a great menu and brunch options. Only downside was that the hotel was under renovation. The walls are also pretty thin so you could hear the other guests if they were loud.

Easy, friendly check in. Advice on what to do and where to go. Superb valet service. Allowed us to leave car in valet parking until 6p even after check out. Quiet and clean. First time and will return.

A very quiet, comfortable room. Starbucks and restaurant attached.

We spent two nights to catch ball games. Coors field is located in the walking distance from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops are nearby the hotel. We enjoyed sitting right outside of the hotel and listening to a street performer (trumpet).

I was shocked by the size of this room. The desk, which rest underneath the table, was a great amenity that allowed me to get a ton of work done.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, hotel was nice and clean, and the location was perfect. The only drawback would be the parking. They do not have a parking garage so you eith have to pay for Valet or find your own spot. Overall I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Awesome , clean, friendly, very convenient to everything perfect area for everything.

Great place to stay downtown, close to concert venues and right on the 16th street mall. Didn't have to travel far from the hotel if we needed anything.

The location was excellent - right in the middle of 16th Street Mall and very convenient to get to from the airport. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Two things: I wish that there was an alternative to the $35/night parking made available to the guests. I also wish that the people at check-in had more knowledge of the local sites and activities. Otherwise I had a great time, and everyone was really helpful and the rooms were clean and kept the entire length of our stay. (also side note: I wish that bathrooms had more light).

Great location, prefect for a quick one night stay. had everything we needed. Clean, cute, comfortable rooms.

Hotel was great and had a great location on the 16th St. Mall. It was my wife and son's first time to Denver. They loved the hotel and the surrounding area.

Great location and friendly dedicated staff. Room was clean and nice. Quiet location

Good location, friendly staff, nice and comfortable room.

Excellent one night stay. Hotel is very clean, modern and in a central downtown location.
