Not my 1st rodeo. Love it!

Our stay at Le Meridien came on the recommendation from family members. It sounds like they had quite the opposite experience from us. The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable and we slept well. Our negative experience has to do with the staff and our interactions. We received very conflicting information about parking when we arrived and were told over and over again about the recent car-jacking's that were the lot we were TOLD to park in. So we had to pay another $45 to go park the car in the hotel garage. The bar closed an hour earlier than the listed hours or what the front desk staff told us and after 13 hours of driving a glass of wine would have been nice. Room service closed one minute before we called and no one could even bring up a bottle of anything. The bar next door was open...and horrifyingly packed - I'm sure due to the other bar being closed an hour early. The gym was nice, so that's a positive. I'm sure our stay (I hope) was an outlier.

This hotel Literally rocks, I will always come and stay here since it’s convenient and the staff helps out in every way ! The rooms are cozy and cLean and the bed is very comfy! Love it , I ate at restaurant last night and it was delish! Can’t wait for my next trip!

Front desk wasnt friendly but location and room was nice

I thought the property and staff were overall amazing. Very nice ambiance in the building and the rooftop bar was amazing. We stayed in a regular room but I wasn't thrilled with the bathroom setup. Overall the room was nice with the exception of the bathroom design (shower stall and separate toilet annexed into the room).

Charged $40 to check in early when rooms were available. No fridge or microwave. Water pressure left a lot to be desired. It's a pretty good location, but it's loud and lots of homeless in the area. Restaurant closses at 10:00, but wouldnt serve after nine. If you're younger and want the hip hotel, this is for you. If you're older and have exepectations of an experienced traveler, Id keep looking.

The location was convenient

The property is beautiful and every single member of the staff I encountered was excellent. The one drawback of this property was that it was kind of a party magnet because of the roof top bar. If you want a calm spa like experience, this might not be your place, especially on the weekend.

We were welcomed upon arriving. The staff seemed really glad that we were there. There were so nice and accommodating. The hotel is just one block from the convention center. The rooftop bar is amazing. There’s lots of food within walking distance.

A 4-star hotel where you have to go down to the lobby to get anything (e.g. extra soap), tiny rooms, poor sound isolation, no Marriott elite member recognition or benefits if booked from Orbitz, toiletries like shampoo, soap and lotion are all made in China. But it's a 4-star hotel... right.

Hotel is great! Wonderful staff and rooms! Rooms match pictures! Also, use the parking lot next to the hotel, much cheaper, $24 a night versus $45 a night at hotel and valet wanting tips.

Attractive lobby. Rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, quality bedding. Attention to COVID precautions. One phone line at front desk has to manage front desk, housekeeping, room service/take out orders. Probably down-staffed for COVID, but everyone making an excellent

Overall the hotel is a beautiful and has a lot of picturesque areas. The room itself was refreshing and we loved the decor. It had a retro modern feel. The space was well utilized and the towels were plush and soft. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was that there were hairs all in the shower and in the toilet area. The toilet was awkward to sit on because it has a square shape. The hotel is located within walking distance to several attractions, shopping centers, and dining locations. The valet and staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. We would definitely stay here again.
