Everything was great and conveniently located. I’m the room was clean. The staff is welcoming. The valet parking staff is nice. I also like how they have shuttle service within a 2 mile radius.

The staff was very welcoming and allowed us early check in. Room that was given had a great view. Continental breakfast had a good assortment of food. One of the days we barely made it in time for breakfast but they left some out for us and offered us scones! Their free shuttle service was also an added bonus. Hotel was always kept clean. Nice selection of toiletries that was offered. Really liked the foam soap instead of bar soap. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others.

Great staff Hotel within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

Clean, staff super helpful, morning coffee great! Very pretty lobby and rooms spacious!

This hotel was an easy walk from downtown, including Union Station. It was clean, comfortable (with one proviso), friendly staff and decent included breakfast. The proviso on comfort was that the room was a bit cold, and there was no ability to adjust the individual room temperature.

Beautiful place and very friendly staff. Only thing missing was a pool. Highly recommended the stay there.

The required valet parking is too expensive. Almost $40 to park is silly

This hotel is either brand new or close to it. Breakfast was great and well attended to by the staff. No messes, plenty of seating and prompt refills of every offering. The rooms are BIG and the proximity to local attractions couldn't be better. Strongly recommend!

Could not say enough nice things. The rooms were nice, the staff were excellent and the shuttle helped us get around Denver.

I was booked to stay at SpringHill Suites - about an hour before my flight to Denver, I got an email saying that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation was cancelled. Needless to say, this was very stressful. I called Orbitz, but didn't get much help there, and had to leave for the airport. From the airport I called SpringHill and was told that my room was not cancelled, and that I would definitely have a room when I arrived at midnight. So I flew on to Denver and headed to the hotel, only to find that the reservation had in fact been cancelled. The front desk staff basically just shrugged and said too bad. I then spent another 75 minutes on the phone with Orbitz trying to get a room, and didn't get checked in to a new hotel until after 2am. Very frustrating!

The lobby is colorful and inviting, it is walking distance from downtown too! Our room was spacious and clean. It had an excellent view of the university and part of downtown. Definitely recommend and will love to stay there again.

Great experience. Staff incredible; love the convenience store on site. Computer and printer in lobby easy to use. Breakfast wonderful. Room very comfortable with a great view of the Denver skyline.

Really friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, cool interior stylings, coffee and tea and water bar in lobby available 24/7, and town car service within a decent radius (3 or 5 miles, I think). Downtown Denver, Larimar Square, and Convention Center are all within easily walkable distance, so the location is near a lot of restaurants and shops. Only one elevator was in operation though so wait times were quite long, and construction in the lot across from the main entrance driveway made for a weird industrial feeling especially after dark. But the area felt safe and the rooms are clean and comfortable with a lot of storage space (like bathroom countertops) and nice amenities like a refrigerator and coffee machine bar in every room.

10 minutes walk up 14th Street to the Convention Center and even closer to some really great bars and restaurants.

We really liked our room, and the complimentary breakfast was Awesome! It would be nice to have better parking options.

It was ok, they charged me twice for my stay so I had to talk to them to resolve the issue. The parking price for as for a hotel guest is a joke - $29 for a night. It matches or exceeds downtown parking for NY, LA, and SF.

Walked to just about everything we wanted to do! Sports, amusement, nightlife and several eating choices are a real short walk.

Great hotel, excellent location and very clean! I would highly recommend this hotel. We all loved it and would return again.

The hotel has great location, the staff was friendly & accommodating, the rooms were large and very clean, the complimentary shuttle was extremely helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was very good!

Great Location, Friendly Staff. You need flatter pillows though. All 4 pillows on each bed were so thick I never really got a good nights sleep. I would sleep with no pillow some nights because my neck was hurting.
