The rooms are affordable and it was very close to where we want to go that evening. Need more options to the Continental Breakfast.

Didn’t have time fir view

Very clean, nice rooms, nice staff.

Liked the people at the front desk and the location (we saw a concert at The Ball Arena). Breakfast was disappointing. Plastic wrapped baked goods - not good. And no jelly or Nutella to put on the croissants. There was just aspertime sugar, no real sugar for tea…I know it is complimentary but I would rather be charged less for the room and go out for breakfast.

It was a nice stay. Close from everything in downtown, no need car for anything since everything is walkable distance.

It had a beautiful location right next to Ball Arena, Larimer square, and quick walk to 16th street. The room it self was very nice. We traveled with my 20 year old son and my 8 year old son. My 8 year old had expected to sleep on a couch bed, which he did, but it was awesome. Under the twin bed sized sofa, there was a twin mattress that slid out. Trundle bed style. More hotels should invest in this kind of sleeper. Just wish they had provided actual blankets for the extra bed. Not just a flimsy scratchy blanket. The hotel was very clean, and modern. I wish I had paid attention and noticed that there was no pool, and that parking was $20bucks.

I have only been to Denver 2 times and stayed here each time and it was wonderful

It all was fine. Would recommend to friends and family.

Good stay and excellent conditions of rooms. Too expense the parking because don’t have an option

The hotel was very clean and the staff kindly accommodated our request to stay in a room that had not been occupied for at least 24hours. The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfortable. The only downside is the bathroom doors are very thin so there's not much of a sound barrier between the room and the bathroom. But, aside from that, considering the cleanliness and kind staff I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I liked the rooms. But they never came to clean or even check on us in 3 nights we were there there was a used condom by our closet on the floor so obvious room wasn't cleaned properly. Real were no amenities to the hotel.

Greatest hotel experience I have had in a while! The staff was very polite and friendly during the entire trip

Superior everything! Convenient location! Clean and friendly

The suite was nice and perfect to working, and this place is a non-profit helping the Hospitality School.

The property was very clean. Also, they do offer parking at 15.00 per night which was confusing information than the website but it was a nice bonus.

Very clean and private!! There was even a little grass patch just for dog relief that had poop bags and everything. We were happy that they had grab-and-go breakfast and a laundry room.

Very nice uodate hotel , clean, new, only ask front desk to stay on last floor, becouse neighbours flash toilet like explore bomb woke me up multy time during the night. Usely when you plugged ears help, here dost work. Today going to diffrent place.

Thank you so much for letting us know - sounds like we were missing a couple of things on the breakfast buffet. I appreciate knowing this, and we'll be sure to follow up with our team regarding the jelly and sugar packets!

Thank you for sharing your feedback! As a city-center hotel, where parking is at a premium, you are correct in that there is a cost to parking in our onsite, covered garage. However, we strive to be not only the best deal around compared to other downtown hotels, but to give the added benefits of having free in-and-out privileges during your stay. We hope to see you again next time you come to come to Denver!
