Stayed there many times, including my wedding night 29 years ago. This was the worst experience. Only 1 towel in room - a suite that sleeps 4 - had to ask three times and took 3 hours to get towel; no toilet paper or toilet paper roll holder- it'd was missing from its bracket on the wall. Other guests were also complaining about the lack of towels, apparently it was a policy to only put one in each room. Housekeeping person threw up their hands and said 'I don't know what's going on.'

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. I found used dental picks on the floor, the bedding was stained, there was an old leak on the ceiling and wall that wasn’t fixed, and there was lots of hair in the shower.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a great location. The only downside was that there is no refrigerator nor microwave

We were sent an upgrade option days before check in and bought into it. For what we paid the upgrade was small. Linnens we had to request as there were none in the room. Half of the outlets didnt work. Alarm/charger didnt work.

The balcony and views of downtown Denver were perfect. The room was large with an extra sitting area in the suite. The bathrooms haven’t been updated and the room could have been cleaner.

Have stayed there before and it was better. Valet totally ignored my wife and I, watched me enter to check in using a cane (just had knee replacement) while my wife retrieved a luggage cart, loaded out bags and brought them in, the valet never looked up from his phone. We were going to valet because of my condition and my wife just had hip replacement 2 months ago. then on checking out, no luggage carts available and no assistance/valet to be seen for 1/2 hour, had to carry out bags down in multiple trips using a cane. Front desk people friendly enough but when I asked to change a 20 to tip the valet I thought we were going to use the clerk said she wasn't authorized and said the other clerk would have to do it. He was on the phone I got tired of waiting and moved on.

Room was clean and updated. Pool was great. Wish they gave you free bottled water in room. Location was so-so, not really near anything.

I DIDNT LIKE THAT THERE WAS NO DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA AND NO ASH TRAYS SO CIGARETTE BUTTS ALL OVER THE GROUND. NO AVAILABLE OUTSIDE TRASH CANS.VERY POPULAR PLACE OF BUSINESS SO YOU WOULD THINK THESE THINGS WOULD BE PROVIDED ESPECIALLY FOR CLEANLINESS PURPOSES.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable, however a few ladies in the front desk staff were very inhospitable and just plain rude. I had to ask several times for our room to have housekeeping as we needed more toilet paper and towels and it took 5 calls to the front desk in a period of 4 hours to have that sent up and each time we called they seemed so bothered. The hallways also did smell like smoke even though we were on a non-smoking floor. Also, the pool area was very messy.

The valet service/parking situation could have been better. Had a couple times where I waited 30 minutes for my vehicle to be pulled around, only to be let known that the lady up front did not tell the valet to get the car yet. To which she just gave me my keys and told me where to get it. I tipped myself 10$.

Rude staff, out dated rooms.

I stayed for two night. The second night there was no hot water. I let them know and they said they were working on it. The next morning still no hot water. Water was freezing cold. Could not take a shower before going to appointment. They did refund my parking and a fee which was equal to one night stay.

No washcloths. Front desk all but refused to give us washcloths. Wanted to charge us $50 to check in early but they can’t afford washcloths. Front desk clerks were not nice at all. Not friendly. Room was nice but showed signs of lackluster cleaning. Will not stay here again.

There was no hot water to shower with. Cold water makes for a great shower to get to work....
