Its conveniently located close to my companys office, it has lots of good dining options nearby, theres a target, walgrens and 7eleven close by as well, staff is very friendly
Hotel had problems with electrical system - HVAC adjustment in room didn’t work, power went out twice. Had to wait a long time for hot water and water had a cloudy appearance.
the rooms are smaller than expected i was surprised to find no refridge in room? but everything went smooth
AC did not work upon arrival. They gave us a box fan. The room was very run down, paint chips, ceiling lights did not work, bedding was ripped and worn, water temp varied. Really just the whole place needs a complete renovation. Staff was very nice. Each day I was in the lobby there were customers complaining to staff about similar issues.

The overall look of the hotel is nice. I would say the bathroom is small compared to others. The room was nice but small. The carpet was old and needs to be replaced. The thermostat in the room did not work so I was unable to control the temperature which was the biggest annoyance I had. Overall the breakfast in the morning is good and has a lot of options. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t explore the area as I checked in very late and was leaving out the next morning. I travelled alone and did not feel like I was unsafe. Overall I would stay there again.
Hotel is right downtown. We paid for valet parking. Staff was very pleasant to speak to. When we got to our room it was 80 degrees on the thermostat so we set the thermostat to 68 (the lowest it could go.) We left for dinner and a concert (6hrs) when we got back it was 74 degrees in the room. By middle of the night the temp was finally about 70 degrees. We weren’t too upset about it.
Liked the friendly staff and clean room. Although the rooms are smaller than what I would have liked. Consider the rooms were not cheap per night.

Thermostat didn't work. A/C made it constantly cold despite turning it up to the max (77 degrees). The maintenance personnel came and made some adjustments but that didn't help. The shower drain was clogged.

The breakfast options were good, but our room wasn't very clean. Found a fake fingernail on the bathroom floor and an old french fry on one of the cubby shelves. The location is amazing, as we were able to walk all over downtown.
