Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown

I did not have a refrigerator and room was tiny. Television was not facing bed to enjoy

Nothing really unique about it other than the fact that it was lacking in ways that other Holiday Inn Express's are not. The biggest dissatisfaction was that they did not have another option for parking other than the $40 per night valet. Thats almost half the cost of the room.

I loved how clean the room was and the free breakfast was excellent.

great location, affordable, great staff. Breakfast hit the spot every morning. Only problem was it was so hard to get into as a guest trying to check in.

It was pleasant, clean, and the staff was very hospitable

Did not like the fact that there was no free parking at this hotel. The info did say there was valet parking for $39 a night but did not say that was the only option unless you wanted to go try to find a place to park every night which also cost over $20 a night! Stayed here three nights and the breakfast was the same every day! I do not like sausage and that is the only meat they offered. Yuck!

Only negative was no fridge in room. Great location. Basic amenities. Great continental breakfast.

I liked my view from the 18th floor. I did not like the receptionist who, upon check out yelled and embarrassed me over a bottle of water. All three days that I had been there I was given bottles of water. I even asked if I needed to pay. I was told no. This woman yelled over the customer in front of her to accuse me of theft. For the price I paid, I would think a bottle of water might be complimentary, however I would gladly pay. When I explained why I had walked away with the water she continued to talk down to me and reprimand me in front of other people. All over a bottle of water. This interaction was the most unprofessional and classless situation I have ever been in traveling for business. My suggestion is to train your staff regarding approaching and conduct.

Conveniently located; relatively small room, decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Good location, very close to the business centers and convenient to most stores. Nice breakfast.

There was no toilet tissue in the bathroom. The heating system was not working for the first night while the outside temperature was -7F!!. For the complimentary breakfast, they did not have nay multigrain bread options and any healthy cereal option!

Great downtown location! We have stayed here several times and we live it!

Very nice people, excellent location..Easy to get in and out.

I stay at this location very often, and I was pleased with the service, location, and the breakfast, thanks again for another great stay.

It was great! The staff and room was excellent! My boyfriend was a huge fan of the coffee bar! It always had fresh hot coffee! I really enjoyed the fitness center! The workout bikes were fantastic!

It's not a high-end luxury hotel, but it's clean and rooms are well-appointed, the staff are helpful, and the breakfast is complete.

The location was just what we were looking for. I always like to stay at a place with breakfast included. Breakfast was better than I expected and the staff was very helpful. I’d recommend for those reasons. I was hoping for a comfortable bed. That was not the case. The beds are on the stiff side and that’s not my comfort number. Overall I rate this hotel with a 4 out of 5
