Hampton Inn & Suites Denver-Downtown

Overall great location, everything seemed put together nicely. Staff was a little off when answering questions and taking payment. Walls are a little to thin. We could CLEARLY hear anyone getting ice, multiple voices in the hallway, etc.,

Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. I usually always have good luck with Hampton Inns. The room was a good price. The hotel was close to downtown and pretty easy to find from the interstate.

I found it under par for Hampton Inn's, bedding was not good, no self parking, towels were very hard and uncomfortable

Didn't look like much from the outside. Close to downtown bu right on the edge. Inside...wow. The foyer was warm and welcoming, room was clsan and very spacious ( we had the family suite with bunk beds) and everyone was quite friendly. Would definitely stay agan!

We had a headboard fall off onto my mothers bed thankfully missing her. The staff was WONDERFUL about it and gave us some snack bar bucks.... offered a free movie but we had no time. Wished they would have taken care of our valet costs..... Other than that... everything was fine.

There was a mix up with our room but the hotel staff made the necessary adjustments for us to have a wonderful stay.

checked in late from the airport - the receptionist were absolutely charming. They asked if I was hungry, and gave me some delivery options. Check in late, had a domino pizza delivery, room was clean, TV worked, slept like a log, and left the following morning. Good value.

My last trip here was great. This one, not so much. I did not have hot water in my bathroom. I tried to shower at 6ish am, and it would not get hot. I did not contact the staff immediately as I got ready to leave. As I had the free, great breakfast, I mentioned my problem to the staff. There initial suggestion was that I should have called the front desk right away, and move to a different room that had hot water. I didn't really want to pack up and unpack in a different room just to shower.

Booked a room here for my parents while they were in town. They brought my niece and nephew along as well. They enjoyed the stay and said it was quite. Kids loved the pool.

Rooms were well kept and employees were very helpful and friendly

The hotel was very clean and wonderfully located close to downtown. The staff was attentive and friendly. The rates were reasonable and the room was spacious. We had a great trip and appreciated the atmosphere that was provided for us.

all was good. good location to downtown hotels (there for a conference at grand hyatt) - close to 16th st mall, reasonable price, normal hotel bkfst bar, - delivered what was promised for the price - cant ask for more

This is a good hotel. It's very clean and comfortable, and within walking distance of downtown.

Nice and clean. Across the street from the Sherman Street Event center where I was attending an event. Room was nice, bathroom was average. The room had a usable fridge and microwave, in addition to coffee and tea options. It's a bit far from the fun parts of LoDo if you're looking for that specifically.

Can't beat the location. Not the fanciest place but it's what you would expect from the Hampton Inn. The free breakfast was better than expected. Only gripe was that one of the elevators was out of order so getting up and down sometimes took awhile. Other than that was very happy and I'd defiently go back.

Short walk to free ride at pedestrian mall. Hotel was very clean and updated. Staff friendly. We were tourists, took the train into Denver and walked to the hotel. Within walking distance to US Mint and state capital. Good breakfast included.

Large rooms, comfortable for a family of 5. Continental breakfast was a plus every day. Close to attractions and Coors Field. Only downside was having to pay to park every night.

Great location and clean. Friendly staff and good breakfast...good overall value

Hotel was great! A few blocks from the 16th Street Mall. The staff was helpful in getting us to places we wanted to go and helping us with the parking! I wish the hotel had its own parking lot that guests could use and pay through them though. But we lucked out and were able to park in front of the hotel in the meters which were free for the weekend. Great hotel price for downtown.

Overall hotel was nice, clean and functional, good location, good light breakfast buffet. Con's - frugal on amenities, toilet paper roll ran out, you'd think they leave an extra on the shelf, just in case. They were responsive, however, if you requested something. Our biggest issue was the bedding. The comforter was down/ or down alternative and soooo hot (we were there in mid-April) and only other option was a very scratchy cotton blanket. As a result, we slept poorly both nights we were there. Also, they advertised providing freshly laundered sheets and duvet each day, which is a bit wasteful, environmentally, I would of preferred more comfortable weight bedding options so you were overheated or cold.
