Easy peasy
The location of the hotel really didn’t justify the $35 valet parking.. When you add the tips each time you take out the car, it went up to almost $50 a day.. Other than that, the condition and the amenities were good, with the exception of one non-working elevator that resulted extra wait time for the only working one.. Yes, I would recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again; but I would not use the valet parking again because there’s daily parking across the street for only $15..
To save money they took one of their two Elevators Out of Service. Terribly inconvenient and slow. Dangerous neighborhood.
I arrived early and they gladly accommodated me and gave me a room. They explained area restaurants and about the hotel(elevator, breakfast, etc) only complaints I have are that the inner handle of the toilet was rusted so the chain kept falling off causing the toilet to run. Also, the in-shower conditioner was empty. Luckily I had brought my own. Bed was comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choices-eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit, coffee, etc
Easy walk to 16th st mall. Felt like a safe area. Easy parking options
Convenient stay close to downtown denver. Abt 30 minute walk to Larimer square. Decent breakfast spread.
Bathroom sink was clogged. Otherwise very clean and modern hotel.
It was a comfortable place to stay, not as close to the downtown activities, as we had hoped though. Great hot morning breakfast with a lot of options that was free staff was very nice and sometimes they had hot chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon!
One of the reasons I always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn is the complimentary breakfast, which is always helpful when you're traveling with a two year old! I also liked how the hotel had an indoor pool, which my daughter very much enjoyed after being in the car for several hours before we arrived in Denver. The hotel is also walkable from the Colorado state Capitol and the 16th Street Mall.
Property itself was pretty good but the area lacked cleanliness. This area has degraded. Trash, dirty, no receptacles. Nasty adjacent parking lot
Great room & service but do note that this particular hotel does not have a hot tub, as pictured.
My stay was great. I wish they had creamer in pumps instead of all the tiny packages. The shampoo and conditioner were amazing! My hair feels great!
Look no more! This is the best bang for your buck. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The staff was very pleasing and friendly. Very clean, very good breakfast, quiet, and organized. These people are hard working and I hope they get a raise. I had booked through Orbitz for 2 Queen beds and a roll out couch bed, but because it was through this site they only had a King the couch. They accommodated us and brought us a roll out bed and we were all happy. Next time I'm in Denver this is where I'm staying. Thank you so much! My only request is to get more sturdy pillows. The pillows were worn and so your neck has no support. Maybe I'm just old and will bring my own pillow next time. Other than that, it was great.

Thank you for leaving a review. We appreciate your patience during the elevator maintenance. We assure you it has been a difficult situation and is not a budgetary move. We are exploring multiple options to repair the elevator as soon as possible. Thank you again.
