The Space: This newer 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath modern home features modern and Southwest touches and an open layout in one of the best locations in Denver. You’ll have 3 levels to stretch out and relax in as well as a rooftop deck and small balcony with a grill for those warm Colorado Summer nights. The main living space has a huge comfy sectional sofa so you can Netflix and Chill by the gas fireplace. Head on over to the dining room and host a fancy dinner after serving up some appetizers in the open-concept gourmet kitchen.
Comfort and style meet together in the 2-bedrooms, and additionally being able to watch TV while having breakfast in bed! Go up one flight of stairs from the main living area for the best private rooftop you can wish for! You’ll have breathtaking views of the city, a patio umbrella for those hot sunny days, and patio furniture for a Happy Hour cocktail or al fresco dining. We came to Denver for a wedding in the family. Had a great time. The condo was wonderful, and the location was perfect for us. Many restaurants within walking distance to choose from. Really enjoyed roof top deck. Excellent view of downtown Denver. Perfect ending for everyday we were there. Whenever I had a question their response was quick and helpful.

The place was awesome, clean great location for us going to an event at ball arena. The neighborhood is very nice and food & drinks in walking distance. Close to union Station and downtown. Comfortable beds, only 1 shower but the rest of the place made-up for it.

Property Exceeded Expectations
I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Denver book this rental. Very well kept/clean, the rental is even better in person (hard to imagine I know), the location is fantastic, and the overall experience while renting was incredible. Great communication with the property manager. Would easily book again. I have zero complaints. You need to see it to appreciate it.
