Nice hotel, location was perfect due to a late flight. Would stay again!

We stayed here 5 days ago and experienced unpleasant staff, but otherwise ok stay overall. This time the staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful without any attitude. The shuttle driver was efficient, no nonsense. Perfect for me. I don't need to chit chat. The only negative was that the pool was quite cold. However, the hot tub was perfect.

I chose this hotel based on the fact that my previous experience with this hotel chain had very comfortable beds which is my first priority. The bed was awful-lumpy and way too soft. The sheets were paper thin and the pillows were huge and also lumpy. I'd pay the extra buck and stay somewhere else. This place needs to replace their beds and pillows before I come back. The facility was otherwise nice, clean, and the breakfast was good.

Clean, quiet functional fitness facility, better than average breakfast, quick checking big comfortable room and bed, and, a rarity, really nice pillows. Also good shuttle service to and from the airport.

We had an issue where a light in the room shorted all the electronics in the room. When we called the front desk no one came until the morning.

Very comfortable bed saved this faded and rundown HI Express. Front desk staff was indifferent, usually sitting and reading a paper rather than greeting guests. Breakfast staff were very friendly and hard working. This particular HI Express just wasn't up to the standard I've come to expect from the brand. Lots of other newer similarly priced hotels in the area that I would try next time I'm in Denver.

Stayed in three different rooms, all bad. First-door lock non functional Second -air conditioners non functional Third - smoke detector went off at 1 am due to weak battery. The employees were great and aware of all the issues there.... Not just mine.

Nice clean hotel LOOKED ALMOST BRAND NEW. FRONT STAFF EXCELLENT...................HOUSE KEEPING COULD USE A LITTLE HELP BREAKFAST STAFF ALSO EXCELLENT.

Very clean. Convenient to airport. Good breakfast, comfortable bed. The reason I say it's only good for a night or two is because it has no microwave or refrigerator in the room. Other than that, we had zero complaints.

Clean rooms, good staff. Close to several restaurants.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary shuttle service was very slow, but it was right before Christmas and a big storm had just moved through that section of the Rockies. The shuttle driver was very nice. My sense was that the hotel manager needed to give that division a little TLC.

I appreciated the Holiday Inn Express, in that it was convenient to where I was going, DIA. It was most comfortable. And it provided a food breakfast, parking and a shuttle to the airport.

Great hotel-clean rooms and friendly staff. Good location made travel to and from the airport very easy.

The hotel was nice, close to airport so further away from the city than we would have liked. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room, which isn't the norm for us at Holiday Inn. There wasn't enough parking at the facility for the two hotels on the property.

It was a very nice hotel and great staff. The shuttle was on time and informative. There was a bit of a wait for the return shuttle but great.

Everything was fine. Would stay again if I needed to be close to the airport. However, the person who checked me in was very businesslike - lacked warmth or inviting personality but got the check-in process done quickly.

Staff was exceptional and the room very comfortable and spacious. Located with several other hotels and restaurant's, although a bit isolated from shopping and area activities, but very convenient to the airport.

We missed our connecting flight after a very long day. Room was very nice and comfortable.

The little clump of airport hotels on Tower Rd. that serve the airport has grown in the last few years to include several restaurants and a 7-11. This is a real plus when you're a business traveller without a rental car. The HI Express is new like most of the others. Clean and well maintained. They have the standard HI free breakfast, very slow WiFi, and a little snack shop with very limited selection (not a huge issue with a 24 hour 7-11 five minutes walking distance). The airport shuttle serves 4-5 hotels so factor in extra pick-up times when you schedule your shuttle. Be aware they do reserve seats, so let the desk know your need a seat as soon as you check in. My shuttle was at capacity +1 with a child having to sit on her dad's lap.

Same great quaility and cleanliness you would expect from Holiday Inn Express.
