The hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable, etc., and it included a full kitchen. But, the reason I stayed here was that they said their pool was open and the water was 84 degrees. Before booking, I called a lot of other hotels to ask about a pool (my kids wanted to swim) and this was the only one that did not require reservations and said it was warm. We get there and the water was about 68 degrees - way too cold for us. I talked to reception and they would not do anything about this. I could have stayed at a similar hotel 1 block away for $25 less.

No manager's reception even when told there was one...Rude breakfast staff and lack of food

Exceptional shuttle service! The driver went out of his way to help us.

this was not the room I reserved. The hotel has not been kept up and is well worn. The staff was pleasant but claimed they had no idea what I booked as I had done it through orbitz.

The suite was much nicer than I expected. The kitchen even had hot plates to cook on if you wanted. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and a mini, "full-sized", refrigerator. There was even a garbage disposal! The features I wanted most, besides a comfortable room, included free parking, which you can't always expect when you are near an airport, and a shuttle to the airport. The work area was modern and very well suited to the limited space in the room. The free continental breakfast had everything you could want. We were very comfortable here.

Flew in to Denver for business in Colorado Springs. Hotel is nice and clean, room was comfy and quiet.

This hotel was very clean and up to date. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Large rooms, suites, with two nice double beds and kitchenette. About 20 minutes from the airport which was why we stayed there. You might get a little closer somewhere else but this was very easy for a early morning flight. We stayed there at the beginning and end of our trip and very pleased with it. Breakfast is nice and we even got a small bagged breakfast when we left early on our way out, before they has things set up. Nice pool. You can also find things easily around to grab a might, not secluded area.

I stayed here while exploring Denver for work opportunities and it made a great launching point to venture out into Denver, down to Colorado Springs and Boulder

I'm sorry about your experience. A managers reception is not within the brand standard for the TownePlace Suites, so I'm sorry you were told that. I will let the kitchen staff know your concerns. Thank you for staying with us and your feedback.
