Someone tried to enter the room on the morning we checked out. The front desk had assigned the room to another guest before we left. They were aggressive and it was a bit tense. Not hot water either.

There was construction at the hotel. It was difficult knowing where the entrance was. At check in they did not mention needing a pin for the pool, where things were or when breakfast would be. Not very engaging or caring. Ice dispenser on my floor was not working. Paying for parking is ridiculous! It was $17. There were very little options to park on the street near the hotel. Just overall not impressed.

This location was convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious/overall comfortable. The light rail is located near the hotel which was a plus. The airport shuttle to and from was a plus. The only thing I would change would be the breakfast cost of $14. Breakfast was definitely not worth the cost. Breakfast should be included in our stay. Other than that, customer service and the entire atmosphere is very inviting. I would definitely stay at this location again.

After 2 wks in Breckenridge, we overnighted in Denver as to not have to drive from the mntns the same day we departed. Upon arrival at the Hyatt , we noticed construction. There was no mention of this on the website. As we entered our rm ., the window was taped up with plastic as to not see out— very claustrophobic. Right before we unpacked, the hammering started immediately at 3 pm check-in. My husband spoke with the desk clerk who was kind & offered to move us which we did. Why didn’t he mention the construction? Why would he put us on that side of the building that was taped up & noisy ? There was a sign stating construction, but it was on the other side of the desk not readily visible. The rm was clean & efficient, but clearly corporate & sterile. A tiny soap, no robes , no amenities to speak of & had a clinical odor as do most corporate hotels. Will not stay in a Hyatt in the foreseeable future.

Great Stay Close to Airport

They were able to accommodate us for early check-in after arriving earlier than expected. It's a convenient walk from the train stop and they have free airport shuttle. The hotel was clean, well kept, and looks new or newly remodeled.
