Facilities, cleanliness, restaurant, staff, decor and location were all nice. Had a great quick 2 night stay with my son since his studio is too small for me to stay. Unfortunately the hot tub and game room were both closed at the time of our stay, which was one of the main reasons for staying there. I was really looking forward to a hot tub soak each day, and thought the game room would be fun for us to save money elsewhere. Other than that, nice hotel.

Beautiful place me and my husband love this hotel when traveling to Denver area

The overall stay was great; however, the amount of homeless, beggars, etc around the property would stop me from staying again.

Unfortunately, my wife encountered bedbugs during our 2-day stay in Denver. Hotel is going through serious renovations. I am not certain if the lodging fees reflected those challenged aesthetics. The unwanted bedbugs really soured this trip.

Hotel was very nice other than some damage that needed repairs like broken windows covered in plywood. Indoor pool is under renovations. Outdoor pool area seemed neglected. Hotels parking garage required paid parking, $19/day. Otherwise very nice looking place.

Beautiful property close to shopping center. Nice rooms and friendly staff.

No hairdryer. No heat in my room. Didn’t fix it. No extra blankets.

Loved it

This is a beautiful property.

Security was extremely rude

First off, the staff was awesome! They were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was smooth sailing. You can tell a lot of work has been done to the hotel and it is very nice looking. The pics of the hotel is what sold me upon booking. The rooms are nice looking, and you get a balcony, which was nice and unexpected. But it would be nice if they put a chair or two out there. The shower and bathroom were good. We did have to call and ask for hand soap because there was none. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Definitely had some back pain after sleeping in it for two nights. There were light stains on some of our towels and bedding, so laundry should look out for those and weed them out. We only had one coffee pod so I had to go down in my pjs to get more. The pool definitely needs some work. It could be a really nice area! There are high windows and could be a little oasis with some paint, more plants, and a deep scrubbing of the pool and hot tub. The outside of the hotel was absolutely atrocious. It was not welcoming at all. There were people in tents living outside all around, which made me feel very unsafe returning at night. We actually saw a man using meth right outside which was very uncomfortable. The hotel should be able to manage these people, but it didn’t appear so. Overall, the inside was nice looking. The staff was good. I would not stay here again unless they cleaned up the outside and got better beds.

enjoyed our stay. good price and convenient location
