Hotel was very nice other than some damage that needed repairs like broken windows covered in plywood. Indoor pool is under renovations. Outdoor pool area seemed neglected. Hotels parking garage required paid parking, $19/day. Otherwise very nice looking place.

Beautiful property close to shopping center. Nice rooms and friendly staff.

No hairdryer. No heat in my room. Didn’t fix it. No extra blankets.

Loved it

This is a beautiful property.

Security was extremely rude

First off, the staff was awesome! They were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was smooth sailing. You can tell a lot of work has been done to the hotel and it is very nice looking. The pics of the hotel is what sold me upon booking. The rooms are nice looking, and you get a balcony, which was nice and unexpected. But it would be nice if they put a chair or two out there. The shower and bathroom were good. We did have to call and ask for hand soap because there was none. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Definitely had some back pain after sleeping in it for two nights. There were light stains on some of our towels and bedding, so laundry should look out for those and weed them out. We only had one coffee pod so I had to go down in my pjs to get more. The pool definitely needs some work. It could be a really nice area! There are high windows and could be a little oasis with some paint, more plants, and a deep scrubbing of the pool and hot tub. The outside of the hotel was absolutely atrocious. It was not welcoming at all. There were people in tents living outside all around, which made me feel very unsafe returning at night. We actually saw a man using meth right outside which was very uncomfortable. The hotel should be able to manage these people, but it didn’t appear so. Overall, the inside was nice looking. The staff was good. I would not stay here again unless they cleaned up the outside and got better beds.

enjoyed our stay. good price and convenient location

My room was reserved with a king bed, did not get my King bed. The outside door was very noisy due to wind, it also let so much wind in, the drapes were moving back and forth, allowing the drapes to make noise against the floor. Upon arrival, there was not any soap in the room.

Very good service

Very nice inside. Room was great. Staff very friendly. City of Denver needs to clean up around the area. Heartbreaking to see garbage everywhere. A number of homeless people living in pop up trailers and aged RVs on adjace t streets.

Staff here were so friendly and helpful

The property was nice although the sliding door seals need replaced because you could feel cold air coming through the door also the hot tub needs to be cleaned and kept up was very dirty but the pool and pool was clean. Overall if it wasn't for the hot tub being so dirty the rest of the hotel was very nice.
