Enjoyed my stay

Very clean. Staff was friendly. Rooms had everything you could need and were comfortable and conveniently located.

The fire alarm went off at 1am and wasn’t out out for about 10 minutes. I had a horrible night of sleep as a result. Was not restful.

The room was small, the towels are terrible should’ve brought my own very small thin and rough feeling. Was nice having a little kitchen area. Didn’t cook but like the large fridge and microwave and kitchen items like plates cups utensils. Couch in room was old and gross looking we just used it to put our bags on since room is so small and tight. Great location though to walk to a lot of stuff did the parking in the lot right across the street for $27 a night so we were close if we needed it and could go in and out with no problem and not have to pay again.

Housekeeping cleans room only once during a four night stay?

From the moment we checked in the girl at front desk was rude. We arrived in our room and it was very warm so we kicked on AC and dressed for dinner…the AC never turned on. We returned from dinner and attempted to dress for the ballet, unfortunately, it was so hot in room we called front desk to fix AC so we could get ready. After 45 min of working with front desk to fix AC, Ryan indicated we needed to call front desk anytime we want to change temp of our room for the rest of our stay. That was extremely inconvenient and intrusive, so we asked for another room, which they did not have available. We then packed up, called a car to pick us up to bring to another hotel where can get ready for ballet. We arrived at the front desk to check out, and all of a sudden they have a room for us to move to. At that point, it was too late we were obligated to another hotel and car service was on the way. The whole reason for our stay was to attend the ballet which we were now rushing and stressing to get there. Ryan at the front desk agreed to a refund with no worries. Not the case, the staff continued to send us condescending messages through Orbitz basically telling us that my Husband and I are lying and this never happened! Fortunately, I had already reported to Orbitz and they refunded our money. I really do hope the they can do better next time because no one should have to deal with that kind of stress with hotel staff.

I expected a hotel in this area to be at least average but the facilities looked dirty and unsafe. The towels had other peoples stray hairs in them which was disgusting. The housekeeping staff only came Mon, Wed and Fridays. I called the front desk a few times which took forever to answer the phone and on one occasion there was no remote control in the room and they didn't even drop one off they made me come down and get it. The water pressure is very low and on two days there was limited hot water. Overall I would not recommend this property to a friend or stranger and will definitely not be staying again at this property if I stay in Denver in the future.

Amazing

Extremely disappointment in this establishment. Firstly, you have to pay to park your car in a public unattended lot and then walk to the hotel. We booked a King Suite and it was TINY. Not like the pictures that were posted online at all. The shower was filthy and there was shampoo squirted all over the bottles and side of the shower. The little single use lotion bottle that they give you was clearly used. It was literally open and 3/4 full with lotion dripping down the side. The outlet next to the sink didn’t work so I had to dry my hair standing next to a random wall in our room. Elevators and walls were dirty. We could hear every little sound the surrounding rooms were making so don’t book here if you need a solid nights sleep. As we went to check out afterwards, our 2year old daughters hand got stuck in the elevator door, it sucked it right up and my husband had to pull out her swollen bruised little hand and she cried so hard. When we told the front desk staff what happened she DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE or anything! A ‘sorry’ could have gone a long way here. We were shocked at how little they cared about their equipment injuring a baby! Now we have to pause our vacation and get her hand checked out. Our stay here couldn’t have been worse and I regret booking this hotel. We were only here for 12 hours and it was the worst 12 hours of our entire vacation.

Liked the kitchen and that it included breakfast, clean and quiet room

Dear Praise, Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your stay with us. I was very concerned to read your comments regarding your recent stay with us. I understand your disappointment and I'm sorry. I do ask that you keep in mind the alarm system is meant to alert people in the event of a potential emergency so while it is frustrating to be woken up by it, it was triggered appropriately and served its intended purpose. We appreciate you for staying with us and in line with this, I sent you an email to address your concerns.
