Planned a bachelorette party where two rooms were booked. One of us received a phone call at 6:00 p.m. the night that we were to checkin and said they don’t have a room for us anymore. After some switching around, the new room that we now all had to share had dirty towels and a toilet that didn’t function. Their only option was to use the bathroom facilities 4-floors down. For a bachelorette party trying to go out downtown and have a safe place to take care of ourselves, I would not use this facility or service again. I was unable to be refunded for anything because I used a 3rd-party extension (Orbitz) to book this room, so they did not have access to my money. Extremely unfortunate experience. Wish to be reimbursed.

Super disappointed to pay for a King room but was put into a Queen room. I didn't like the smell of smoke in the lobby.

Liked the friendly staff and the extra evening dinners. The valet parking was a little high, but not bad. But they help load the car, great staff. Thx Don Calhoon

Cleanliness of the property but there were uncleaned dishes in the room

Great location right in the middle of downtown Denver but close to the highways

Nice facility. Good location in Denver and the price is attractive.

Parking was limited. Room was clean and nice size. Breakfast was limited but included

clean. not too noisy. odd front entrance for registration but otherwise all was well.

We were, pleasantly, surprised with the Staybridge Suites, Downtown Denver. We needed a hotel for an overnight stay after a conference meeting in Denver that wouldn't cost an "arm and a leg". Not only was the Staybridge Suites hotel much more reasonable than the other "big" hotels downtown; it was a very pleasant experience, with, albeit small, comfortable rooms (with a small kitchen and utensils), extemely clean and well laid out. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the 16th Street Mall area and, also, has valet parking (a little pricey; but, secure). It was very quiet and, even, has a swimming pool. The breakfast was not your usual fare of hotel complimentary breakfasts. If there is such a thing, it was a "gourmet" complimentary breakfast with a diligent staff who was, seriously, interested in how the food was for the guest (when was the last time that you sat down with a complimentary breakfast and, actually, had someone come around to check on refilling your coffee, etc.?). I would recommend the Staybridge Suites, Downtown Denver, to anyone who has a need to stay in the Downtown Denver area.

Very difficult to find and enter the lobby Parking very confusing

This hotel has amazing staff and was very clean. Our room wS very small but other than that our stay was great.

Great breakfast Friendly staff (Mandi is terrific) Great bed Only drawback - $39 per night valet parking

Decent hotel in the city, but no real "personality." Seemed overpriced for what we got. I arrived exhausted at 11:30pm with a sick child... clerk (Blake) was rude and unhelpful - both when I called before arriving and when we got to the hotel. (He explained it by telling me he'd had a long day.) Nowhere on site or during booking was the $39 parking mentioned. "Blake" indicated I could walk with my sick kid, at nearly midnight, "several blocks" to find a better parking situation, but he wouldn't tell me in which direction to walk. Fortunately, I found a lot half a block away for $12. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fine. There are more special or unique hotels in Denver for the price - and Blake doesn't work at them!
