Easy access plenty of parking. Close to shops and restaurants

Windows, room decor, bathrooms, basically everything is tired and needs TLC, more than that actually. Avoid noisy rooms towards I70. You won't sleep unless you're deaf.

This hotel is always clean, comfortable, and has great amenities.

the outdoor pool area was closed and they opened it up for us to be able to sit outside

I requested a feather free room. Staff were eager to oblige. We slept really well.

The welcoming fireplace in the lobby set the tone for a really comfortable stay. I slept well and left in better shape than when I arrived.

4th stay at this property. It has been remodeled and upgraded since my last visit. They did a nice job with the upgrades.

I stayed two nights at the recently renovated Marriott Denver West. Gorgeous new lobby. Breakfast room much nicer, now that it's open plan. The workout room overlooks the pool. Beautiful. My shower faucet was broken and when it couldn't be repaired I got a room upgrade, an apology, and a free breakfast. Thermostat easy to use, which is vital for ever-changing Colorado weather. It's a great base for exploring Denver and the mountains.

I really felt that I was in the gateway to the mountains when I stayed at the newly renovated Marriott Denver West recently. The breakfast room has been opened up to the lobby. The fitness center overlooks the pool and the evergreen trees outside. The new color palette of neutrals is so soothing, and the fire pit in the lobby is lovely. My shower malfunctioned and I was given another room quickly, a note of apology, and a free breakfast. Wonderful, friendly staff. I left refreshed.

Denver West Marriott is getting a makeover. The room and hallway looked great. The public spaces were being renovated. They managed this with very little disruption. Great view, bed, shower. Close to lots of good restaurants and shops. Very convenient to the freeway. A confusing sign had us on an on-ramp when we thought we were headed to the parking lot. Wear boots in the parking lot in winter, it's icy.

Good experience at reception after a very poor experience at Dollar Rental Car. The hotel staff was pleasant and our room was ready and clean.

Easy to access from the airport, this hotel is also close to shopping and ski resorts. Lemon wedges at breakfast would have been good. I have seen more generous and varied breakfast buffets.

We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. We ended up eating dinner in the hotel restaurant and had a great meal with nice atmosphere. We also had the daily breakfast and it was fantastic and very extensive. We were leaving early on a hike the last day and would miss the breakfast (which came with our room in the deal we got) so the staff gave us to go containers and told us to take whatever we wanted for the next morning. I also had dietary issues so I requested a fridge and was given it free of charge along with a free very early check in. This was a huge benefit to us as we had left PA at 2 a.m. and been traveling for hours but with the time change when we landed it was early by Denver time. I called and spoke with Dawn who had a room ready for us when we landed! The entire stay was wonderful Highly recommend this hotel for it's convenience, service, attractiveness, and comfort. Great place!

Very nice lobby and great hot tub outside that seats many people!

Wanted some place in Golden but, at the last minute, this was the best that was available. Very nice accommodations for the price and convenient enough to reach Golden without getting back on the freeway.

A group of friends and I were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in good proximity to Red Rocks and we found it with the Marriott West! Pros: Free shuttle to take you to and from local grocery store, eating spots. Very friendly and courteous staff Outdoor and indoor pool and hot tub Cons: Long drive from hotel and there's no airport shuttle Not much in walking distance for entertainment

I paid for an upgraded room. Upon checking in I was told that there were no rooms available with King Sized beds. Since I had booked through a 3rd party there was no obligation to provide one. The room I was given was very small for the price and it is hard for me to believe that it was in fact an upgraded room. The room was on the freeway side of the hotel and very noisy. I suspect these are the rooms reserved for those of us who book through a 3rd party. The hotel notes a resturant but in fact the resturant is attached to the sports bar and at best not recommended for any serious dining experience.

Our stay was enjoyable. The only hitch was that google maps couldn't get us there so we had to navigate the old fashioned way.

Met our expectations for quiet, cleanliness, great location, convenient to restaurants, and a Starbucks in the lobby! Only complaint is the mattresses were too soft for us.

happy w/ everything but the fact i was required to pay for internet service on my own computer.(laptop) other than that, the family was happy so i was happy. we will be back.
