Hallways could have been cleaner. Room adequate. Safe and quiet. Breakfast not great. Good location.

It was probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at. Rooms were awfully dirty, customer service rude and unfriendly. I’d never stay again. At 150$/night, you should expect at least some sort of decent greeting upon arrival.

Close to I70 and shopping

This property is tired. Looks like items were removed from wall and screw holes or outlines are visible. Old water damage in corner of bathroom. Didn’t have a wheel in shower available. Knob missing on bathroom heat lamp light.

People talked loudly in the hallways at strange hours 3:00AM, 4:00 AM, woke me a few times.

The front desk man wasn't nice. Rooms where not clean and even the bed sheets where dirty with blood stained. Complain about not getting a shower when we requested the man didn't even try to check if they have one. Ask for more towels and only 2 swimming pool towels where given. Never going back and actually thinking of not using Orbitz app to get a room.

We had licorice on our floor and the toilet wasn't flush, and two of the pillow cases were dirty. Would not recommend staying here.

TV not working, door lock also not woking, 2 days in a row after complaining of no room service and only morning coffee for breakfast. Avoid the place. The did not applied a credit given to me , I'm disputing amount charged.

Very unclean, used towels all over hallways, trash as well. No elevator in the building. Stairwells very dirty was very disappointed

Quiet rooms, just adequate. Free breakfast is okay but not great

Good place to stay...didn’t travel much around do to weather but the hotel itself was cozy and warm to hang out and get some rest

There was a man dry heaving over the ice cream cooler there was a homeless man right outside the front doors

The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the hot tub and the quiet atmosphere.

Everything was great EXCEPT no elevator. Multi story structure with no elevator? Really? Hauling luggage up stairs was not fun. Other than that, the stay was great!!
