Was very disappointed with breakfast. Four days and had no eggs, bacon or sausage . Only bread, waffles, oranges and yogurt. Had to go eat somewhere else.

The first issue wasn’t the hotel’s fault as the city has made it very difficult to reach the property due to the road and intersection design. You can only reach the property by taking right hand turns and not from major street nor highway. However, the property is rundown and has obvious maintenance and booking issues. We arrived late and couldn’t gain access to our room so we had the front desk help us enter only to find the room was already occupied! When we reached our room, it was dirty, hair in the tub and sheets and cobwebs all over the ceilings, just to mention a few. We were too tired to complain and did the best we could with uncomfortable beds and noisy a/c. The next morning, the included breakfast had very slim pickings and sad with brown bananas and oranges. The grounds had the same trash on the lawn for the two days we were there. This hotel was chosen for its proximity to Red Rocks, but unfortunately we won’t return. The night auditor was the friendliest employee we encountered.

Good for one night

The hotel was clean, but the area the hotel was a little rough. People sleeping in cars or on the grounds around the hotel. No restaurants close by hotel. We rode two miles find a Wendy's. The breakfast was only cold cereal or dried pastries during the weekdays, hot food on weekends. Hotel.Com needs to list hotels that do not service rooms during your stay

The room itself was quite nice, however, the bathroom was shabby looking. The mirror had peeling wood around the frame and the shower was passable at best. My biggest complaint about this facility was the woman who checked us in. If she had a name tag on, I'd list her name and total lack of customer service skills. She made my husband and i feel like an inconvenience because she had to check us in.

This stay was not great. The bed was completely sunk in, and the pillows were not even pillows, just pillow cases stuffed with sheets. There was no blanket on the bed, and the whole place was run down. Would not stay here again.

at Red Rocks. I wish I had read the recent reviews before booking. The hotel is in need of an upgrade and doesn’t have an elevator. The first room we were put in had poor AC. At my request we were moved to another room. The clerk was very helpful. The next morning someone opened our door and it wasn’t housekeeping. While we were having breakfast we overheard another lady say that a man was trying to get into her room. We were supposed to stay two more nights but decided to check out and find another hotel. The hotel would have been fine for two more nights but we did not feel safe.

The woman who checked me in, did her job really well, but could be a bit more personable. Wasnt the most accepting welcome, but was prompt, to the point and checked us in very efficiently. Rooms were clean, everything worked, and the staff were all very nice to interact with throughout the stay! Will stay here in the future to attend Redrocks events!!

The property has not been well maintained. Cracked and loose tiles on the bathroom floor, dry blood on the mattress, flickering lights and burnt-out bulbs for starters. Ran out of towels and front desk staff appeared to be under the influence of something.
