Amazing resort, kids had fun in the mini water park for hours on end, great facilities, bars, restaurants, friendly staff. Very clean!
Great resort. Love taking my kids to the pool.
Great place. Will stay again.
Beautiful property! Lots to do, large restaurants and friendly staff everywhere! Thanks for a great stay!
Outdoor activities were plentiful, fun and creative. Huge, beautiful atrium amd wonderful fireplaces in the lobby. Because I booked through Orbitz (a third-party site) they didn’t give me the type of room that I had booked. I had a ground floor room that overlooked the parking lot where snow plows shone their bright lights in the middle of the night. They charge $29 for self park and $38 for valet. The place is in the middle of nowhere, yet they have NYC parking rates. In fact, the resort felt very commercial (how can we best maximize revenue). For me, it doesn’t make for a relaxing fenvironment. The hotel was packed as every tattooed man was looking to have a good time with family on New Year’s!
Lobby area was beautiful. Pools and lazy river were great. We didn’t get to experience all of the dining options because they weren’t open.
Everything was excellent
Stayed at this hotel for a little vacation in the state I live in. I completely felt like I was on vacation the whole times and was extremely impressed with the staff and facility. Even has a Starbucks, shopping, restaurants and a bar. One of the best hotels ive ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend
Very clean. Excellent customer service. Amazing indoor and outdoor pool. Very good food. If you ask, its done. Definitely will be back!
Great accommodations, family friendly, awesome dining options
Loved it was very Nice ❤️ Enjoyed the Hot tub the best
Excellent place to vacation with family and small children
The property is big, bold but for the price it really isnt worth it. I spent 675 dollars for two nights. 29 dollars parking fee, resort fee. I could have fid the r r plp
Staff was amazing and very attentive! Fantastic experience
