Loved it was very Nice ❤️ Enjoyed the Hot tub the best

Excellent place to vacation with family and small children

The property is big, bold but for the price it really isnt worth it. I spent 675 dollars for two nights. 29 dollars parking fee, resort fee. I could have fid the r r plp

Staff was amazing and very attentive! Fantastic experience

Going during the week there is limited food options. Only one staff member was rude all the rest were friendly. Nice simple room. Clean property.

Small rooms. Hide fees. Terrible service. I was hit by $29 for parking and $23 tourism fee” no worth.

It was very over priced for what it had to offer.

Lots of fees so the cost of the room is about $90 more

Beautiful property and the pool was lots of fun. Place would be 5 stars except everything has a fee! Ridiculous food and drink prices and parking is in addition to resort fee. Also had a $50 credit per day and had to ask the front desk about it twice before it was applied

Gaylord Wow, where do I start? So I recently made a reservation at this hotel, I heard some good things and I am from Colorado so I wanted to check it out... Unfortunately, the day of my reservation someone from my group was hospitalized. Naturally, I spent the entire day at the hospital. That same day, someone from my group called to let the hotel know, and the hotel noted it and emailed someone so we could change the reservation for another day. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing from the hotel, so I called them just to rebook for another day. Again, the person I needed to talk to was not there, so an email was sent... five weeks have passed and I still have not heard from this hotel. How ridiculous, pray that no one from your party gets hospitalized, because this hotel will make it impossible for you to rebook. Very unprofessional and no regard for their customer. I guess they just wanted to take the money and not provide any service for the payment.

The restaurant staff seemed over worked and snippy.

So much to do, very nice! A great place to spend a starvations with family.

We went to the property to enjoy the beautiful building and decorations. The property is gorgeous. We were very disappointed in the food though. It was very overpriced. We first went to teh Italian restuarant. ONce we were seated in a diniag area that had cafeteria lighting, we realized it was a buffet. I did a quick walk around and saw a salad bar, dried out baked ziti, chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and pizza squares. It looked like a children's buffet, and nothing looked fresh or appetizing. We left and went to the steak house. We have eaten at many steakhouses int he area, and were aware that the prices are generally higher. when the food arrivesd, it was disappointing, and not of a steakhouse quality. under seasoned potates, flavoless steak, and over roasted brussel sprounts that were just crunchy leaves that fell apart. I paid Capital Grill prices for an Outback steak. Very disappointing, but better than paying Panzano's prices for their caferteria food next door. I would stay at this property again, but I would not waste money on
