Right by the freeway was a bit loud at times. Also fan and AC in the room was rather loud

In short - we found a used condom in the middle of our freshly cleaned room upon returning after our first night's stay. The pool was closed when we arrived, to open the next morning, nope, by 5 the second day, nope - never opened. Great, while we were on our first vacation in 20 years. Came back for our second night to a door that wouldn't open. Maintenance couldn't get it open either. We got put in a double room in stead of getting to sleep in, in our suite with no amenities offered, such as toiletries. Oh wait - we were give a 10% off a drink at the bar when the housekeeper came to pick up the condom, but we didn't feel like giving the hotel any more money. In addition to this, not only did the manager never contact us - when I went to the front desk, she refused to come out of a meeting to speak with me. (I promise I was not making a scene. I was waiting on the side of the desk, out of the way and trying to talk with the front desk attendant without causing alarm) Eventually (after contacting Radisson customer service by phone, and them contacting the front desk that I was standing at) I talked to someone who was still not a permanent location staff. With the number of disgruntled guests at the front desk, I would think management would have come out to help those poor front desk staffers who had no options of how to help guests other than offer appologies. As a former hotel worker, I felt really bad for them. Still hoping to be contacted by the hotel.

The hotel is nice for people on business trips, not so much for families with children. The lock on our door was broken and it took 2 days for maintenance to fix it. We were locked out of our room for more than 6 hours one day. They didn't offer to change rooms or give us a discount on our room (which was more than $150/ night). They closed the pool 2 of the 3 days we were there for maintenance. We will definitely not be going back or recommending this hotel to anyone we know.

Terrible breakfast. Remote to tv didn’t work. Good location. Only spent one night.

Property location was a little hard to get to if you are not familiar with the area but the staff were very nice and the room was very clean.

This is the second time I stayed here first time they double booked my room, which i know happens this time however the family walked in close to 3am not only that the shower drainer did not work and i woke up with a bug bite on my face. Definitely will NOT stay here again.

Location was great and easy to get on and off the highway.

The registration was backed up, they were very courteous and friendly and efficient in spite of the long line.

Everything has met expectations. Shower is spacious, although bathroom is just on the smaller/average size. I was a bit disappointed there is no mini fridge, but pleasantly surprised at the iPhone docking alarm clock. Checking staff was very friendly and professional.

Loved the location. Was easy access. Very near good restaurants and shopping.

Hotel was good but didn't realize it was an outdoor pool. There was ft. A fridge in the room like alot of others have.

Great place will stay here again when i am in the area again

The lobby was very nice and updated, the rooms were not. Had to move to a different room. Spots on bed linen, bathroom sink did not drain and bathtub was not clean.

I have shared your review with our maintenance team to ensure the shower drain is repaired and to have our pest control company inspect for any kind of bugs. We strive to make improvements and hope that you will give us another try.
