Filthy uncleared property and rooms
I need a room to shower and sleep. It fit the bill. I would classify it as a motel not a hotel. I probably got what I paid for. The bed was comfortable.

The employees are amazing and kind they take their time to understand you and help you.
They have bedbugs and some of the rooms are missing the things that they say they are supposed to have there's no elevator for handicapped or elderly
It was quiet. That was nice. The bed and linens were comfy. Inside and out was dirty. Kind of rundown and needing updates.
The rooms are hit and miss. We had 2 rooms. One was ok, but the other was dirty and had a strange odor. Although the front desk people were pleasant, they didn't seem too concerned when we talked to them about the one room.
Run down sketchy people hanging around Sacrificed pre paid $100 and stayed somewhere else
Front desk staff was rude. We had to wait 15 mins for someone to even show up at the front desk when we got there. The room was not clean at all. The carpet had all kinds of stains and was damp. The shower dripped throughout the night. The AC didnt work and the room smelled like it had been smoked in even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. We asked the front desk to change our room and they said that nothing else was available even though the hotel was clearly more than half empty judging by the number of parked cars.
this place is a dump! very dirty! rooms stunk bath tub was black as coal!!!!!! very disappointed.They said they were going to give us a refund on both rooms... we'll see orbitz should not recommend this place!
Finding a live baby cotton tail rabbit sitting on the bed. We had to wait to check into our rooms for about three hours. Due to the fact they hadn’t been cleaned yet. The name of the hotel was changed after I made the room reservation. That was a bit confusing. There seemed to be a bit of an odor to the rooms. Not sure what it was but, nasal burn out helped
I am honestly quite confused as to how I ended up at this property. I booked on orbitz (who now shows no photos for the hotel- I NEVER would have booked a hotel without looking at photos) and it was not what I expected from my memory of making the reservation. The lobby was dirty, front counter stained and chipping, hotel logo had been removed from the wall and only holes remain. Our room was musty and dank. Carpet was stained and the bathroom was disguising. The tub faucet RAN, not leaked, RAN constantly. The amount of wasted water was insane. We left the hotel one day with the do not disturb on our door, when we came back the door was open. Plainly open and ANYONE could have walked into our room. We did not have breakfast. Judging by the state of our room we weren’t willing to risk it. Spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.
I reserved a La Quinta Inn and when I got to the property I find out it is a Quality Inn. There was a brand new La Quinta down the street with more amenities. Property was old and not updated. Looked the same as it did when I stayed there 12 years ago.
Needs renovation and cleaning. The breakfast area was stinking of chlorine.
Arrived to my room to find a used razor and hair all over the tub. Disgusting to say the least.
