So I had an issue when booking the room, I called seversl times to speak with the General manager, who was too busy to speak with me. I left my number with desk staff, who were nice, but noone ever got back to me. The elevator was notclean and there was mold in the shower. Everything else was fine

Easy check in and friendly staff. Pool was clean and room was clean.

Great breakfast Spacious Alot of unexpected services

I would not stay there again. It is farther from the airport than I thought it would be. The hotel is older and they could use an upgrade in their beds. I thought the carpet in the hall ways looked like it needed to be cleaned. The carpet in the rooms was in better shape.

Upon arrival everything seemed great til we got in the shower. The drain didn't drain and an aweful smell came from it. Immediately we went down for help. The night manager would neither send anyone up to fix it, wouldn't swap us rooms and wouldn't discount our room for not getting a room with a working shower. We just went to bed tired and dirty and mad with thier treatment. Very unhappy with staff. They just said "we are so sorry!" But would to nothing to accommodate us. Very poorly handled situation. In the morning our bathtub flooded even with other neighboring showers and spewed black stuff and a smell that was rank! Glad we had to leave early. On a good note thier breakfast was awesome.

My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. We checked in at 5:50 PM and learned there was no running water. There were signs in the elevator indicating water would be turned off but it would be turned back on by 5 PM. We left for dinner and came back before 9 PM and the water was still turned off. We had a one year old child with us and not having running water was unacceptable. I called the front desk to ask about the status and the person advised it was being turned on immediately and we should have running water in the next ten minutes. That turned out to be a lie. Also, the door did not always unlock when using the key card. It took multiple attempts for the door to actually open. The pack and play crib provided for us had a hole in it as well. Thankfully, we had to check out early and did not have to stay more than one night.

Wear a brace was placed in room farthestfr elevator. The room ok

Stayed in this hotel several times but this time was not good. It must be under new management or owner, because the hotel and cleanliness is in poor condition. Checked in first night and pulled back covers of bed to find an old bandade still stuck on sheets from previous people that slept in that bed. They don't change sheets in between different customers. They moved us to a different room, tried to take a shower and the shower handle fell apart and we had to call maintenance so they could fix it so we could take a shower. We will not be back.

The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was good, but where it was located in the cabinet you couldn't see from both beds and the couch. Bathroom: The toilet wouldn't flush, the tiles are separating from the wall, and the bathtub dripped all night and wouldn't drain. After taking a shower at night, the water was still draining the next morning.

Large comfy room (excellent pillows), good shuttle service, free parking at a very reasonable price. Hard to ask for more.

Overall feel of the hotel was tired and rundown. I stay in hotels for work all the time and this was a less than a relaxing/comfortable experience. I love to swim to wind down in the evenings but the pool was too cold, water was cloudy, and there was some sort of ceiling or ventilation debris on the pool deck. Hallways had a funky smell and the elevators were scary looking and sounding. Complimentary breakfast was less than noteworthy and coffee cups too small. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the vanity appeared to be new but everything else was dated. Curtains were in shreds. Not very quiet.

This is the best overall Denver airport hotel I found, so far! Considering price, surrounding eating options, airport shuttle, breakfast included, indoor pool you can't go wrong.

Hotel space was very tight in Denver so I booked here. When I checked in, the check-in hostess was timely and friendly. I was quickly heading to my room. When I got there though - the room ( and the elevator and the hallways and ... ) looked dated. In addition, there was dirt on the bed / sheet. That made me suspect everything else about the room. In the morning, the scrambled eggs were swimming in liquid ( yuck ). I wound up having just Coffee and a glass of orange juice.

This hotel is worn down and rough around the edges. There is a chemical cleaning smell trying to cover the underlying odors throughout the hallways and rooms. Our room was, however, very clean - not a stray hair to be found.

The hotel shows some serious signs of wear and tear. The smell of our room when we first entered was brutal. The swimming pool was very slick and fairly dangerous. We opted out of the continental breakfast given the rest of the factors.

Room had not been updated in some time. While the linens appeared clean, I didn't feel the rest of the room was very clean. The bathroom appeared to have had a leak with sheetrock having been replaced, but never painted. This was the most expensive room that I stayed in on my trip at $275 for a Monday night, and was the least clean and updated of any room where I stayed in Colorado.

My family got stuck overnight in Denver. The hotel shuttle was great, the staff friendly and helpful.

I paid $339.00 for this hotel because I needed a room close to the airport since I had an early morning flight the next day. All of the nice chain hotels were sold out so I tried this one. The room was worth about $39.00, not the $339.00 that I had to pay. Totally overpriced and not worth the money.

Nice sized rooms and very quiet. Staff was very accommodating.

Thin walls and active hotel made for a very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.
