Awesome staff and breakfast
.
Hotel was ok for only 1 night. But felt dirty. My bedsheets has hair on it. The smell was uncomfortable in the hotel, walls were dirty.
Walls tore up, mold in bathroom, ants bathroom, curtain falling down, $175.00 for a poor motel. Air conditioner would not cool good, hall walls tore up bad wall paper hanging. More like a $55.00 motel. not what I expected from Quality inn
Hotel was dirty and run-down. Phone was busted up. Couch was nasty and stained. Refrigerator sounded like a jet plane (had to just unplug it). Pillows and towels were limited (only 3 pillows and 2 towels for a suite that sleeps 5), and they had no extras to give us when requested. The good stuff was friendly staff, lots of cups of noodles for 1 am arrival, and hot breakfast.
There was a party going on right next to the Lobby. The music was so loud that I couldn’t hear the front desk clerk as I checked in. Our room was on the 2nd floor exactly above where the party was being held. A fire alarm went off at 9:00 pm and no one knew what to do. The TV in our room didn’t work and it took 3 tries to get someone to come fix it. Altogether, not a very pleasant experience.
It was a decent place. Definitely not a bad place to stay.
The Room and Hotel are in need of much maintenance they are unclean there was a coffee pot in the Room but no coffee no alarm clock and we requested a for o'clock wake up call and never received a wake up call
We booked this property for the pool and breakfast. We arrived and our room smelled like smoke. Then, I noticed a sign (not on any website) exposing breakfast would be pre-packaged. We were fin with that. However, we have teenaged boys and I asked if they were still hungry would they accommodate. They assured us they could have another bag. The next morning, we were told that we would be charged for the granola bar, rice crispy treat, apple, and water if they wanted more. The night of our stay we went to the pool. The hot tub was the exact temperature as the pool. When I asked to speak with someone, they told me no one was available so I gave them my information. It’s been a week and I’ve yet to hear from someone.
It was affordable and convenient to DIA. We would stay there again.
They charged me $250 & claimed i smoked in the room. Never again will i be staying in this property
The staff was awesome. We had a late flight and wanted to go shopping so they took care of our bags till we were done :)
Good location, bathroom was a bit dirty. Amazing customer service
