Marriott Denver Airport at Gateway Park

3.5 out of 5.0

I had an overnight layover and they had a great airport shuttle. The restaurant was delicious also.

Comfortable room. Only complaint was dripping faucet in the tub. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

We stayed from 4/14-4/16. From Check-in to Check-out service was top notch and everyone was friendly and helpful. The grounds seemed well kept for (there was only a little trash from rude guests) and the location was convenient for the air traveler. The food is great for hotel breakfast and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The only place where our reservation fell through of being wonderful was the room cleanliness. Our sheets from the first night were just re-done instead of washed/ switched. My girlfriend had noticed stains and bundled up the sheets to make it easier for cleaning staff, but instead we found the same stains that night. This and the bathroom not getting picked up made us question whether we were sleeping on the same sheets as the previous guest...

We needed a fast way to get to the airport, but yet have a small vacation. This hotel served both needs

The bed was just like I like them, not too hard not too soft. Great pillows as well. Room was nice and big, very clean.

A nice hotel, good for family gatherings. The pool area was great, so was the restaurant, however, the menu was very limited and over priced.

We were assigned a room and after we got to the floor and opened the door to our room, there was people in there! Very unorganized.

Great stay and lovely staff! The area where the hotel is located is quiet and UNO is right across the street for a good lunch and dinner option. The ski resort is only one hr away and only 30 mins away from downtown!

Everything was great about our stay at this hotel.

I had to spend the night in Denver. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and the free airport shuttle! I was picked up and dropped off which saved me money. I had a good experience; cleanliness and employees were great.

On Saturday 11/26/16 I checked into your hotel because it was my son's wedding day. The young lady that checked me in and realized my son had gotten married and upgraded their room to a suite. It was beautiful more than we imagined. I am very satisfied with this hotel and it was beautiful.

The staff was very understanding during this stay and a difficult time for our family. Very grateful

I frequently have to fly through/out of Denver. The Marriott Gateway out classed all of the other hotels. Decor, ambiance, staff, bedding, restaurant. I actually look forward to staying again. Good job Marriott (I didn't expect anything less ;)

Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay. I stayed in a king standard. There was no mini fridge or microwave, but room service with decent hours, and the restaurant compensate. TV is shockingly lame. No free channels, and the paid channels are so low resolution, no one should pay to watch them. The wifi makes up for lame TV. It was fast, and it worked. Only Wifi in rooms, no wired option. Great water pressure with massage setting. Lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and liquid soap are provided, and the scent is nice and clean, unisex. My room had two of each towel, and 1 floor mat, so in my 2 nights I skipped housecleaning. They left a message on my room phone, and when I listened it informed me of an important written message at the front desk. When I rushed down to get it, I discovered the important written message was housekeeping, seeing if I needed anything. Normally, this would have irked me, but the woman at the desk was kind, and she managed not to laugh at my expression when she said gave it to me. Comfy bedding, springy mattress, and flat pillows. Holy Bible and Mormon Book in nightstand. 1 button on phone for services, including complimentary airport shuttle service from a very grump driver. Don't talk to him, and it's fine. (Seriously). Also, the windows don't open. I hate that. My room was hot, but I'm from South Dakota, and am hot if it's above 70*.

For sure i recommend this place to my family and friends! Close to the airport!

Very nice comfortable beds! Great bar! Awesome indoor pool!

The room was lovely, We were a bit confused about the "Concierge Service" we paid extra for as it didn't seem to offer anything extra or they possibly forgot to tell us the benefits of it as we arrived very late. The hotel atmosphere was clean, updated and lovely. The breakfast was fantastic.

Great but needs better transportation to and from airport.

Didn't have various items on the room service menu. Did even know upfront. Called back to change two items and then delivery of first and last item was an hour apart.

Well appointed as you would expect for a new, full "Marriott" hotel.
