Nice and clean property
They gave me a very generous late check out and when I missed their airport shuttle by 1 minute they called and paid for a LYFT to get me to the airport on time.

Room size, esp. compared to the night before, was quite small and layout not the best.
Quick transportation from and to the airport. The management was very accommodating. The only problem that we had was they did not have a baby crib available.
The shuttle service needs attention. I checked in and then took my rental car and turned it in and went to location indicated by staff. Was told I would be picked up at 4:20 pm. Never showed. I called and was told to go to another location and a Lyft driver would pick me up. I then got a text from the driver that he could not pick me up there. Finally another driver picked me up and back to hotel. Took almost 2 hours One of the reasons I picked this hotel was shuttle service
The room was terrible, there was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower, over the shower rod. The carpet was so dirty, it ruined a pair of my white socks, when I walked on the floor. There was black mold in the shower, the air conditioning did not work, in any way. The beds have Feather pillows, and I am allergic to down pillows. The people were very friendly, and kind, butt eh building is completely worn out.
