The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are wonderful lots of space and a seated area with a couch. The refreshing and microwave were a great asset. It isn't in the best part of town, but felt safe. Lots of food options around.
We got an upgraded room which was nice. The room was clean except for the couch. I didn’t like how uncaring the woman at the front desk was that I talked to on Wednesday morning when I had asked for a late check out because my son was in surgery at the children’s hospital nearby. I told her that I had no control over when he would be out of surgery and asked for a late check out. She would only give me 30 minute late check out. 30 minutes! What a load of crap! She should not be working front desk. I was an assistant manager at an AmericInn and that type of rudeness would not have been tolerated at the hotel I worked at. I could understand if it was a busy weekend or something but it was a Tuesday night that we stayed. I wanted a late check out for Wednesday morning. She should’ve been understanding and caring. I know this review will fall on deaf ears but I guess it was worth writing it. I wish I would’ve gotten her name so I could’ve called back another time and talked to her manager.

The hotel itself is a beautiful hotel. The room was very clean and large. However, the surrounding area seemed quite poor and run-down, with abandoned cars left on the sides of the road and lots of homeless-looking people. That in itself is not problematic, but a bicycle I had locked to a bike rack on the back of my car got stolen overnight. Maybe I should have know better than to leave it on the car, but it is a good indication of what the area is like (and it wasn’t even a very nice bike - just a old, slightly rusty, cheap mountain bike). So, just beware that it’s not a very safe area.
I really enjoyed my four night stay. Onsite laundry was a big plus. Parking was easy. Room was clean, and quiet. I really can’t say anything negative about my stay.
Everything is good except they don't change sheets or stuff cleaning after room reservations.
Talked witb the maid to clean the room while we were gone with ouf dog, left for 3 hours and came back to the room not being touched. There was a super loud group that kept us up all night slamming doors and lnocking continuously. The area is absolutely horrible, super dirty and unsavory.

Booked room including breakfast, got it without, staff extremely unfriendly and not willing to help clear it up. At 21pm, strong chemical smoke smell in hotel, from lobby up to 4th floor. Staff said this is normal, comes from cooking devices. Not acceptable!
The property is clean, updated and well maintained. Their front desk reception was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Bullies should not work in customer service!
Huge room with sleeping area and sitting area. Functional bath space. Nice front desk staff. Pool and basic exercise equipment. Great value. We wished we had more time there.
