surprisingly very satisfied. area isn’t the best but my son and i felt completely safe! room was big, clean. only two things i didn’t like, breakfast and shower couldn’t get super hot. other than that, great staff, clean room!

Within walking distance of Anshutz medical campus, clean rooms. The sorrounding area can feel a little unsafe at night, but the front desk is staffed 24/7 so the hotel itself is safe.

First off when we got there we waited 25 minutes to get checked in as no one was at the front desk. I called the hotel and listened to the phone ring for 10 minutes and no one answered. Next the homeless people going in and out of that hotel was horrible. Also we were upgraded a room but someone was smoking in our floor, the door didn’t lock and if you pushed hard enough on the outside of the door you could enter our room. It was terrifying. The room was ok but the carpet was stained. We come to Denver for appointments but we will NEVER EVER stay here again
