I should have believed the online reviews. The police substation in the lobby should have been the first clue. Prepaid everything at check-in. Then saw the room. Then walked away. Did not try to get money back. Orbitz should not even really be recommending this property.

The best thing about this place was the man who checked us in. So pleasant and polite he was a pleasure to talk to. The room was dirty. The smell of smoke was exponential. When we pulled out the sofa bed, we quickly closed it back, it was rather unsanitary. The bathroom’s water pressure though was quite good and the toilet flushed well. We did not stay for the full days we had booked. If smoke odor doesn’t faze you and you have no need for the sofa bed it isn’t a bad place.

The lobby was filthy. The desk people were nice but moved very slow. There was tons of toilet paper and a large poop in the toilet of my room! And it had been there for a while. I immediately went back to desk to report it and ask for a refund so I could leave. The staff apologized profusely and gave me the managers number and assured me the manager would call but never did. I called three days later and was told by desk person that I will be refunded in 5-10 business days. I am watching for it. I would not recommend this place. I left and went to a different hotel.

Nothing in the "kitchen", no plates, cups, pan, nothing. Not even a dining chair at the table. One stuffed chair to watch tv from, complete with a fist sized hole in the arm. But no side table for putting your drinks on. A serving of fries in the stairwell for three days, never moved or picked up by the staff. Bleach smells throughout the halls. And to top it off we had to deal with unplowed sidewalks and parking lots after a freak spring snowstorm.

I am disabled Veteran and i paid for and Orbitz confirmed my room. It was supposed to be a Accessible Room. They didnt have any Accessible Rooms available. It was dirty and the bathroom door was falling off its hinges... Was afraid to use it.

The worst hotel. First room I checked in there was blood stain on the bed and no soap, second room no soap dirty tub everything is dated.

No hair dryer on the wall and the remote with the bedroom tv didn’t work.

The room was so dirty..Found trash every where nd other people's item's left behind . No water pressure in the shower... To get our room clean must stay 7 day's...

Great appearance on the outside but the inside didn't meet my expectations as I have stayed at many Extended Stays across the country. Staff wasn't polite and it seemed like some bad things were going on throughout the hotel.

Clerk at front desk when we arrived was not service oriented. We arrived at 9:30. There were 6 of us. We were exhausted and she told us that she couldn't get bedding for the sofa bed until 11:00pm when the maid arrived. I've NEVER been told that at any hotel before! We went out and got our own bedding! The clientele was SO scary. Lots of loitering in the halls and outside. Even though the hotel claims to be smoke free the halls reeked of cigarette smoke and marijuana.

The night manger was acceptable. She was very polite during the first stay. The second stay we booked a queen room and the first bed was not made and had great stain on the sheets. The second room was clean but did not have a working climate control and the 3rd room had one double bed instead of a queen. We are two larger people can can not sleep on a double. I ended up getting a refund through Orbitz.

I am disabled Veteran and i paid for and Orbitz confirmed my room. It was supposed to be a Accessible Room. They didnt have any Accessible Rooms available. It was dirty and the bathroom door was falling off its hinges... Was afraid to use it.
