Not easy to talk to these people. English, please. Carpets are stained. Paint peeling mold in places I can see. But I’m a maintenance guy. Landscaping sucks. People hanging out in the parking lot makes you kinda nervous.

The metal frame of the mattress was sticking out of the mattress itself. Mind you it wasn’t a coil, but the metal frame of the mattress itself. I struck my foot on it several times which of course woke me up and I had trouble going back to sleep. When I mentioned this to the individual downstairs, they said the manager wouldn’t be down for another couple of hours and that I could call. Of course, when I called, I was routed to the customer service people, but they never picked up on my call.

Staff was great! She made a great call about restoranes in the area. It was a shame the channels in the room did NOT have the World Series, but at the bar (which was closed) had the game. Nothing beats watching the World Series in the dark while sitting in a modest chair with nothing to eat or drink, and I right? Please fix the sliding door to the bathroom! It might be time to, um, “update” the carpet that looks like a former crime scene?
