Printer wasn't working for printing boarding passes. Front staff person wasn't customer service friendly Front staff person put us on the third floor right across from the elevator when the hotel wasn't even full. We heard the elevator door opening all night. Our door handle to our room fell off We only had two towels in the room

Very clean room. You are right off the highway so you will hear cars but for the price it was a very nice room. Mattress is firm. Breakfast is standard hotel biscuits and gravy / scrambled eggs. Honestly, for the price it was a really nice hotel. The kitchenette area is very 1990's dated but the refrigerator and microwave work fine. I would happily stay there again. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Check-in was quick. The room was big, but definitely dated and smelling kind of funky. I opened the window to let fresh air in, but could not keep it open for long because the street the hotel is on has a lot of traffic and it was VERY loud. On the positive side, the location is very close to I225. Breakfast was sub-par. There were random utilities and commercial trucks parked on the parking lot overnight (for two nights in a row), so you wonder what kind of people are staying there or are the hotel owners trying to make $$ from parking?? I would not recommend this hotel to a friend and will definitely not stay there again if I'm in the area.

Hotel looked run down, old. Eggs where like eating a sponge. TV was set to be very quiet. No emergency instructions on the door. Was in a convenient location. Restaurants in the same area was also convenient

Thought it would have a swim pool or at least a spa, so that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise: convenient location, several good restaurants near by, Free Wi-Fi and available printers and computers for business Price was decent.

Initially the lobby smelled of smoke and the attendant gave us the wrong key. Once we were finally in our room, it seemed cleaned and was very comfortable. Our stay was very short.

I got a great deal for this hotel so I was afraid it would be lacking. It was nice though. Great place to stay for a business trip or quick stop. The beds were super comfortable!

My non-smoking room REEKED of smoke - so when I went downstairs to say something, (as I did not want to get charged for smoking in the room!) the hostess just says "Oh it must have been housekeeping" - nice. Next time, maybe change me to a room that doesn't smell like an ashtray. They could also use the A/C a little more, as the whole hotel - lobby, hallways, etc was stifling hot - would not recommend, go see the hotel around the corner!

Good value, centralized location for access to Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, etc.

The location was great for my needs, with close proximity to the highway (I-25) and a good variety of restaurants and shops/businesses within a short drive.

The Comfort Inn staff treated me like a long-time customer from the moment I walked in (even though this was the 1st time I stayed there!)... Based on my request, they provided me with a room on the 1st floor. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the coffee was great! The room was clean when I checked in and I had NO PROBLEMS during my 3 night stay. I will make reservations with the Comfort Inn when I travel to Denver in the future!!! Recommend this hotel to all...

this hotel was at an ideal location for my trip, staff were helpful but could have been better..

Hotel was fine. Could use some updates in the rooms. The staff was very nice. Only stayed one night and we arrived around midnight, so didn't have much chance to get a good feel for the hotel.

East access to I-225 and all services (restaurants, gasoline, entertainment, shopping, etc) located close to the hotel. Very clean room. Rooms have microwave and referigerator which I find very handy. I will definitely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised at the amenties offered. The open computer access was a nice touch for mapping destinations and getting our flights squared away without bringing our own laptops. A nice breakfast we could grab saved valuable time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Other guest could have been a little more considerate with the noise but it was tolerable.

While in the area we visited with family that lives nearby, drove over to the mountains and into Central City. The staff was friendly, helpful and the rooms and public areas were immaculate.

We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 3 years. The location off 225 is ideally close to Denver and other points of interest. We were just over an hour from Pike's Peak and paid a visit during our trip. The beds at the hotel are very comfortable with great pillows. That alone can make or break one's trip. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of choices and we enjoyed coming back each night to fresh baked cookies! The only thing that was missing was a pool to cool off in on the day we didn't have specific plans.

I highly recommend a stay here for having access to I-225, Denver Tech Ctr, MANY food options, and close access to the RTD rail system for non-driving excursions to downtown Denver. Free Internet access in lobby allowed me to check emails at the office. Free breakfast let me relax on the way out each morning instead of rushing to a restaurant. Only negative is that breakfast service only offered coffee spoons for their cereal bowl offerings... messy.

The Comfort Inn Southeast in Aurora CO exceeded my expectations. I have multiple allergies and sensitivities, so am cautious about staying in motels/hotels in general. However, I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and low level of allergens in this motel. The first room I was assigned had smoking rooms too close, but I was quickly (and with no complaint or angst!) given another room which was perfect. No strong chemical smells, no smoke, no pet smells. Even sheets and towels that I could use; I travel with my own sheets and towels to reduce skin reactions to detergents/fragrances/rough textures. I also appreciated the wardrobe for hanging clothes and the small refrigerator and microwave. One odd thing was that the sinks are plumbed backwards - hot is on the right - but that's a pretty minor problem and easily worked around. I felt safe at all times in this motel.

The Comfort Inn in Aurora, Colorado was a safe bet when looking for something local and affordable. The room was a decent size and the king size bed was surprisingly comfortable. Pillows were a bit small but they had plenty of them on the bed to offset that. I wasn't too thrilled with the energy saving bulbs because every time you go into the bathroom, there is a delay for the light to brighten. But I guess that's the drawback of conservation. The free wireless internet worked great and had many points of connectivity to choose from. The free breakfast was quite extensive (make your own waffles with berries/whip cream or syrup, bagels, toast, muffins pastries, cereals, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, coffee, latte, hot cocoa machine, and orange juice machine. Most of the staff was very pleasant except for one creepy/weird night shift young guy who I overheard the next morning had somehow offended another customer so I'm sure they'll remedy that very soon. Overall a good choice when staying a little outside Denver.
