Everything was great except on the day of my departure the maid was trying to get into my room to clean at 930am. Check out time is noon. Could they not have checked to see if I had left already rather than wake me up knocking?

Check in staff was very friendly and quickly checked me in. The room was large and clean. I would stay here again.

Parking lot was not plowed! They wouldn't give up any towel. There is no towels in the pool area and we stayed there for a week this is really disappointing almost damaged my car in the parking lot because of how bad the parking lot was! When I stay somewhere for a week I expect to be able to have new towels when I shower ridiculous

Newer facility, great location in Southlands. I do not really mind being assigned in the ADA accessible room (even though those walk in showers get water all over the floor, but it is not the same as I reserved and it would have been appropriate for the front desk clerk to mention it and ask if it is ok. Instead she just handed me the key and sent me down the hall.

The entire hotel smelled of green and cigarette smoke on both days I was visiting. Not sure on the hotels policy on either but I definitely wasn’t expecting that.

The front desk staff was not very welcoming and in fact, made me feel like a complete nuisance. Which I find odd for a business built on hospitality. I got next to no sleep, the night before an important interview, because of parties and the smell of weed coming from either end of the people staying next to me. To top it off, we're in a pandemic, which means everything needs to be santized. My room did not feel as though it had been through the proper cleansing routine. I found little bits of trash against the bottom of the bed and nothing smelled fresh.

The staff and how clean it was the pool and hot tub was great it was quite and peaceful I stayed 2 niinights and they didn't honor my coupon for 2nd night free was my only compliant

I like that the property is in close proximity to shops in the area. The staff was also very helpful and knowledgeable

Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your feedback. Due to Covid we have limited our housekeeping service so towels end up in rooms and we dont get them back until the guest leaves. We are working diligently to reshape our procedures so we can clean rooms more frequently. While we agree our parking lot was not plowed well, we are in talks with the company we pay to clear snow, it was one of the biggest snow storms in Colorado history. We are working to improve as Covid restrictions ease and hotels begin to operate normally again.

Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you did not like the ADA room. However, you would have been one of the last guests checking in that day on a sold out night. When we are sold out, we have no option but to place guests who aren't requesting ADA, into an ADA room as they are the only ones left. I will inform the Desk Agent to mention it though in the future.

Thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your feedback. Our hotel policy is no smoking of any kind, as is all Marriott hotels world wide. However, that does not mean that people will follow the policy. It is nearly impossible for us to determine who in what room is smoking. We would love to charge these people $250 and evict them from the property if we could determine who is smoking. Unfortunately, this can happen at any hotel and their is almost nothing the hotel can do about it because we simply do not know who it is.
