The home is in a very nice neighborhood close to both the airport and The Gaylord Hotel and Convention Center. We had a small mixup when we arrived at the home related to the rental’s actual location but, everything was straighten out very quickly. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The apartment was exactly as advertised and there were plenty of supplies and toiletries available to us. Communication with the owner was good and helpful to us and the check in/departure process was very easy. Would definitely stay again if I have another function close by!

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious basement unit—it had tons of room to spread out and was super convenient being close to the airport, making it a great place to crash after a long day of travel. One big bonus: it had three bathrooms, which made everything so much easier and more comfortable for our group. The kitchen was a standout, stocked with waters, chips, and coffee, which we really appreciated. I also loved the attention to detail throughout the space—everything was well-labeled and thoughtfully arranged. A few things to keep in mind: there’s a staircase down into the unit, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility needs. While there were ceiling fans, some real fans in the bedroom would’ve been a great addition. Also, we noticed the scent of food cooked earlier lingered into the night and the next day.Overall, it was a comfortable and well-prepared space with lots of traveler-friendly touches.

Great place to stay.

Overall it was a short and excellent experience. The listing was accurate about what's included and everything was clean and in place. It would have helped if it was mentioned as a basement living arrangement in the property description. We assumed otherwise and hence expected the windows to provide more view and warmth, which was lacking. However, otherwise, everything else fabulous.

What a great little place! The owners made everything easy! The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Extremely clean. TVs in every room. And even left bottles of water for us.

Very convenient for Denver International Airport travel - 10 minutes drive away. House was clean and as described. The only thing we would have changed would be to have a thermostat in the rented out portion, it got a little warm at night. Will definitely use again for travel!

Fantastic Place and Great Host!

Redeat was a great host and the place is great! Very spacious, including a nice kitchen and living area and three huge bedrooms. Very clean and lots of thoughtful things that make for a great stay. Great location and nice neighborhood with parks. Highly recommend!

Nice stay

Enjoyed our stay overnight during travel, it is a bottom level finished basement which I may of missed in description but nonetheless it was clean, fresh, and had more than you could ask for as far as supplies and coziness.
