The room was recently updated, and I really liked the layout. When I booked, I selected a suite with a fireplace, but there wasn't one in the room. Maybe it meant the lobby? I'm not sure. Our room was on yhe 3rd floor, at the end of the hall, and we were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was.
The kitchen area was very thoughtfully stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, and items for prepping and cooking meals. Even a scrub mommy and dish soap.
The coffee provided in the room was really good.
The room was fairly clean, but in the 4 nights we stayed, there were at least eight huge flies that were either dead or that we swatted.
The sheets and towels were very clean, but not very soft.
In the shower, the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash holder was on the long side of the shower, and I hit my elbow on it repeatedly. Not bad, but poorly thought out.
The toilet was leaking somewhere, because it would run and run.
It was nice overall.
Paying $16 a night for parking seemed excessive when the side we parked on was huge and had, at most, 3 cars at a time.
