Our first room had not even been cleaned when we got there at night so they gave us another one. Lots of questionable looking people hanging out in the parking lot and the hallways. People were talking in the halls and banging doors ALL night! Room next door left tv on all night and were being noisy most of the night. Definitely would not stay at this location again!

Nice room and site. Didn't have time to site see, on scheduled trip home from West.

Very good for the price

There were a lot of shady people there coming in and out as I was in line to check in. Everyone was required to get their ID scanned, so that gave a shady vibe too. Like, what is happening here? Got to the room and the key box on thre door was chipped and broken. The key didn't work, and so we decided to leave. They at least gave us get a refund.

the hotel itself was fine. modern and everything worked and the bed was clean and comfy. The problem were the other guests. The people in the room next to us were smoking in the room and perpetually arguing and screaming at each other most of the night and a baby was also crying in the room. Outside the hotel there were numerous people just kind of wandering the parking lot and premises which just seemed odd for after midnight. There was lots of banging and shouting and doors slamming throughout the night and at one point we heard walkie talkie noise which i can only assume were the police. For what we needed it for which was a cheap and comfy bed for a few hours, this hotel was perfect but i wouldnt stay here with a family for safety concerns.

When I arrived I was immediately disappointed. I had a reservation that I pre-paid for through Orbitz. I was asked for my credit card because the desk clerk said my card was declined. When I asked him to explain, he said the Mastercard ending in XXXX was declined. I knew this was incorrect because I do not have a Mastercard, I had pre-paid, and I had received no notice from my bank. The clerk then asked me to pay $120 for my room. I showed him that I had pre-paid and he said “those are Orbitz fees, we are not affiliated with Orbitz”. I was incensed and left without giving him any personal information and without staying at the property. I immediately called Orbitz and was issued a full refund; thank you. I recommend removing this property from your booking options immediately.

We went to check in at 310 and room wasn't ready, they said room was getting cleaned thoroughly so we needed to come back...tnis happened TWICE! Then finally when we checked in AT 7pm it was NOT! It was disgustingly dirty, the room smelled like wet dog, the fridge and microwave where torn apart and there was trash EVERYWHERE! Not to mention all the drug deals happening in the lobby that literally NOBODY was doing a thing about!!! Total mess!!!

The check in front desk lady was great. Overall for the affordability it was well worth it

The air conditioner didn’t work. The furnace panel was taken apart and loud as hell. The bed linen was dirty. The bathroom toilet was either leaking or someone urinated on the floor. The bath tub had what looked like cigarettes burns in it. The towels smelled of mildew. The front desk was rude and unwelcoming and wouldn’t even offer us another room. Overall just a bad place to stay.

Had reservations at a good price and asked to extend one night. I was told the cost would be almost double. There was no 'fridge or microwave. The elevator was a doozy. I got stuck in it for 5 minutes and had to use the emergency phone. Three of my softball teammates also had issues with the elevator. Check in time was posted as 3PM, I got there at 3:30PM and was told my room would not be ready for another hour and a half. The back parking lot was full of seedy people and seemed to be some sort of hangout for them. The one saving grace was the diner located next door, Rosie's, great breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel.

People were friendly, the room was clean, good restaurants close by

Clean, quiet and inexpensive. The staff was pleasant. It would have been nice to have some coffee in the morning but I managed. I would stay there again.

I have stayed many times here with no troubles and good clean rooms, thanks

are phone didn't work to get wake up call just use cell instead

This was a great place. It was nice and safe. We were at Denver west but decided to relocate after that first night. Fia, the blonde lady who i think is the manager, and the overnight male desk attendant were amazing, everyone was really friendly and helpful including housekeeping. We also really enjoyed the lemon water all week long. My only wish is that there were more towels in the room but it was easy enough to ask for more at the front desk. And thank goodness for the laundry on site. I had a job interview and needed to get wrinkles out of my clothing. The dryer was a God send. The place was clean and close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

staff friendly and room very very very very clean
