First night air conditioner was not working that well so I thought I would give it a day or so because we were staying 3 days. I then called the next day. They offered to move us. We declined due to not having to pack up all of our suitcases to move just next door. They did try to get the air conditioner working better, but it still did not. It was not muggy in the room. The real bummer was hot tub and pool was closed. And that is one thing that I always book and try to do on our vacations, this was our third place to stay, and this was the only one that did not have everything working and we paid the most for this hotel, which I was a little discouraged. This was our week's vacation and this was our third place to stay so overall. It did not meet our expectations. They did offer a complimentary breakfast for 1 Day Out of the 3 days. We were stan due to the pool and hot tub being closed.I felt that they could have done a little bit more than that for the price of this hotel.

Terrible experience. We checked in and immediately noticed an issue with bathroom. Toilet would not flush at all. My husband could manually get it to fill tank and flush by taking off back lid and maneuvering float/filler. We had a busy weekend in and out of room. Notified front desk. Never received a call after that. No maintenance. We stayed 4 days. Toilet would flush 1 out of 10 times. Ridiculous to not get service to fix this. They sent engineer the second to last day, apparently ‘fixed’ it, but it didn’t. We ended up having to manually get toilet working nearly every time we used restroom. Additionally, we called front desk on the first evening to get the bedding for sofa bed (which I have no clue why it wouldn’t be there already?) and they said they would bring it right up. Never came, so two hours later called again to ask if I needed to come get it myself as my kid was ready to go to sleep an hour and a half prior?!? They finally brought it up. Another day we asked for an extra towel. Nothing. The next day we had to go to the front desk to go get it because they never brought it. Very disappointed and I hope (and told front desk) not to assign another family in that room until they fix the toilet issue. Also, terrible mold issue that I’ve never seen in the tank of a toilet- completely black and disgusting!

Fantastic Stay

Stay was fantastic. Friendly, helpful staff. Room is very clean and beds are vey comfortable. No complaints at all. This was my 2nd stay here and will definitely staying here on my next visit to Colorado.
