I've stayed here several times. The elevators were out the last day I was there. Not a big deal to me. The cost for breakfast is a little pricy compared to other Marriott hotels I've stayed (some are free). Overall a good experience. Staff was cordial.
This Marriott is in good shape. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. Could have used a non-down pillow option. Staff (concierge, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping) were very friendly and polite. Fitness center equipment was all in good shape.
Stayed just one night for a charity event being held there. Nice room, decent breakfast, great and friendly staff. We did have one problem - the fridge had left over food in it. But, a call to the front desk and 5 minutes later that was taken care of. Bar staff was great! Even though they had a wedding party going on, they took care of us - making sure we were happy! Great bar area. Restaurant food was good, but slow in operation. They may need some actual kitchen staff. No real complaint though - late dinner and breakfast foods were hot.
I requested a king bed executive level room on the top floor. Instead I got a room on the 5th floor, with two queen beds, and my room key did not work in the executive lounge. I was unable to regulate the temperature in the room.
Enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great at keeping our room clean. I would recommend leaving more than 2 servings of coffee in the room for those of us who are coffee drinkers, otherwise everything was very good.
This is a really nice hotel. The Staff is nice, nice facilities, but something is missing, and i just think it is that the staff does not interact with the guests well. They say the right things but it seems like nothing happens. i will stay here again, just to make sure it was not just a one time problem
We love staying here! The hotel is modern and clean, and the staff is absolutely amazing. They are the reason we continue to come back! The food is great and the atmosphere is very inviting and friendly. We will be returning!
I stay at the Denver Marriott Westminster quite often and always have a great experience. They have excellent staff, very comfortable rooms and a great restaurant. They also have a very nice concierge lounge. An excellent place to stay for business or pleasure.
Refrigerator smelled terrible, did not work and had old Ice Cream bars inside. Coffee maker water fill area was so dirty it looked like something was growing inside. If they missed these areas in my room kept wondering what else was not clean
We had a great stay at the Westminster Marriott, March 28-30. Upon arrival we were greeted by GM Lucas and FD Mgr. Austin. They have created a very professional and friendly atmosphere at this very nice hotel. Lexie and the others working the front desk were professional, welcoming and informative. Concierge Larry was always available to help. Dick at the bar is a master at his craft with libation and conversation. Our room was very clean and modern. After our day in Denver we returned to our room to find a very nice “welcome home” note from Saadet, our housekeeper. Dinner in the hotel’s restaurant was very good. Stephanie was our cheerful server at breakfast. The chef at the omlette, pancake, waffle bar was amazing, he remained friendly and accommodating as he filled orders from guests and the Cal Poly Men’s Lacrosse team while the team was checking out (Cal Poly 9, CU Buffs 12!).
