The hotel staff were extremely gracious and made our stay wonderful in every possible way. I’d especially like to thank Austin Jones for his cheerful welcome and professionalism from the moment we arrived at check in. He handled what could have been a real disappointment for my family--and turned it all around. I’d also like to thank Stephanie (sorry I do not know her last name) for making our Sunday morning Father’s Day brunch celebration special. My family had a wonderful time and a memorable two days. I cannot recommend this hotel and the kindness of its staff enough.
This is a relatively new and extraordinary hotel. All aspects are great. Hotel is very close to a major highway into downtown Denver and then on to the airport. Check out the Butterfly Pavilion near by.
Stayed here with a friend while on vacation. This Marriott was everything you should expect from a good hotel chain. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, great location. Given the opportunity, I would definately return!
At every interactin with staff, my wife and I were impressed with the courtesty, level of service and general attitude to go the extra mile during our stay. Front desk, room service, and resturaant staff were exceptional. My wife spent 16 years in the hospitality industry and noted that this is the way service used to be: customer focused and courteous!
In area for graduation and the Marriott did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel was busy with lots of events going on yet staff took time to ask if we needed anything. Room has good size and clean. Convenient location to restaurants and activities.
Good hotel for a quick stay , clean rooms and clean property. I would stay here again . In a good location from food and the highway, easy check in and check out . The bed was comfy despite smaller rooms
Nice place, bad management. Stayed five nights, slept 3. First night were people partying in the Hall. Second night a maintenance guy came in at 2 am unsolicited. Manager seemed aloof. This is the only hotel in the area that doesn’t have bottled water in the room. Go to the gym....same story...water cooler empty. Just seems unmanaged. Elevator wait times are ridiculous. I travel a lot and won’t take a chance staying here again. The place is nice enough but too many situations for me.
Hotel is relatively new property which features the new M club as opposed to the traditional concierge lounge. Hotel itself is beautiful and well laid out but they tend to skimp on services particularly for reward members. I've stayed here several times and have started to notice a pattern particularly in the M club lounge. While reward members do get a free breakfast at the buffet in the restaurant, beyond that they barely put food out in the lounge, I just stopped by at 8:30 for a snack as I'd worked late and there was nothing but a few granola bars. They have one coffee machine and bottled water, that is about it. Last night I checked the appetizers and they had a handful of pigs in buns and about 8 squares of cheese pizza. I asked if their had been a rush and they said no. Upon check I was relegated to a lower level queen room despite making a reservation for king/queen and having a platium premier profile preference for higher floor king room. I asked if they were full and was told there weren't full but they couldn't accommodate a new room. Upon getting to my room late in the evening upon check-in, tired and hungry, I realized I had no room service menu so I called down to ask if they had a chicken sandwich and sparkling water on the menu and I was told they didn't know but they would get me a menu. 10 minutes later a menu was delivered. I expressed the concerns to the manager and received the standard apology but no offer of resolution, very similart language to how I'm guessing they will respond to this. Bottom line, great location and property just don't count on high level or service or rewarding you for your loyalty
From the moment I walked up to the front dest, I felt like I was treated royally. The clerk (Megan] had a smile throughout my check in and even remembered my name when passing her later on in the evening
We stayed here for one night, May 3rd. When we woke up we noticed some blood on the back of our pillowcase, I notified the front desk after breakfast and mentioned we were getting our stuff from the room and will be leaving. A housekeeper came up and said, "here is a new pillowcase". We were checking out so I don't know why she brought one. The front desk never even apologized.
