Arrived on day 2 at 9:30 PM after a long day to find my room not done. Called "At your service" 4 time and no answer Walked to the front desk to get not much attention. Got a lousy ticket to a glass of wine which I returned (is my inconvenience worth that little)? Took over 30 mins to get somebody to the room. Last time I was there, I checked in at 1 AM; had to wait 20 mins for somebody to show up to the front desk. I appreciate the only one person on duty had to deal with other things but 2 for 2 was a bad experience.

I ended up eating at Tillers all 3 nights of my stay. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was friendly and not overbearing. The prices were reasonable as well. The decor was very very nice.

Great hotel, good service. excellent rooms and bathrooms. The only problem I had was that I asked for a room with two queens, and got a king suite. Not overly helpful for a guy and his wife, son in law, and grandson who had to sleep on the floor. I called the reservations desk to try to get what I wanted, but they couldn't promise me one 6 weeks in advance..... Never had that happen before.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with a friendly staff that provided great service. The food in restaurant was outstanding. The meeting facility was in great shape. Convenient location with access to many restaurants and shopping.

I stayed here last year quite often to cover for a morbidly ill co-worker of mine who eventually passed away. The staff here is amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you have the absolute best stay you will ever have. I stayed here recently for my 25 year HS reunion and although it was on the other side of town, I stayed here because of their top notch customer service!!!

Very nice hotel with a nice location. Room was pretty nice, quiet and overall a typical marriott hotel. Nice staff, and it was decent priced. We had the bad luck of sharing the hotel with some sort of teenager event so we couldn't explore very much since the kids were every where. Has a super target at walking distance. The area was very nice on a gorgeous summer day which make the stay very enjoyable. The booking site (marriott) offered a room with a view which I don't recommend since the mountains where located quite out there so it would have not been worth the extra $$. The restaurant was very good but not cheap.

I enjoyed staying at the Westminster Marriott. They have a very friendly staff; also a very friendly bar staff. It was indeed a pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located -- easy to access Denver and Boulder.

Beautiful property. Convenient to numerous shopping areas and several main roads. Easy in and out. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Nice pool. Restaurant highly praised although we did not eat at restaurant.

This was the 2nd year in a row for our week-long business meetings and the service and support we received from the Westminster Marriott could not have been more perfect. The way the hotel is laid out is such that all the meeting rooms were very close to the lobby and lounge area so very convenient to quick trips back up to your room. Speaking of rooms even my standard was very comfortable especially the bedding. The HVAC unit is of the type in the wall so it's a lot quieter when operating. The staff was friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate. For example I had a letter to mail but needed a stamp. They were out of them so they just mailed it for me anyway, nice. Location convenient to highways and there were restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There was even a 7-11 right next door. The lounge bar also doubled as a mini-Starbucks. The food that my company contracted for was excellent and never boring and the wait staff service was also excellent.

What a beautiful, new example of what a Marriott property should be. Room was great, fresh, and modern. Bar had great drinks and friendly service. The front desk agent was the best I've ever seen and I'd hire her on the spot. But, when you're a road warrior like me, the M Club or Concierge Lounge is where you see the biggest inconsistencies between properties. And this hotel had, hands down, the saddest M Life Lounge of any of the hundreds of Marriott properties I've stayed at. The "appetizers" this evening consisted of dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets, hush puppies, and a couple charcuterie platters that were still sitting out, unreplenished and picked over by who knows, five hours later. Of course, they didn't bother to staff the lounge, and the door was propped wide open, so it's hard to say who may have helped themselves. The "snacks" consisted of a couple granola bars and a few bags of chips. What a crying shame to spend millions on a beautiful property and fail so miserably on a relatively simple and cheap amenity for your most valued guests. I've stayed nearly a thousand nights with Marriott, and honestly, I find dinosaur chicken nuggets downright insulting. Was this some sort of a joke or something? If you can't execute this correctly, close it, and don't even bother.
