The property is nothing like it was when I've stayed there in the past. No dining on site, no house keeping, the lobby bar is only open after five. The concierge knew nothing about the area when asked about dining and music options....the Westin brand has taken a huge drop in my opinion.

My expectation of staying at The Westin in downtown Denver did not meet my experience. The toilet seat in my hotel room was broken. The “fitted sheet” on the bed didn’t do it’s job and exposed the mattress while we slept. No microwave, no mini bar, hotel bar was closed. No room service. It was basically a nicer version of a best western.
Front Check in customer service poor. But after initial check next couple days where ok. Only Starbucks open on weekends.
Rooms are extremely dated. Not bad, but not what I've previously experienced with Westin properties. Had to move rooms due to noise from an adjoining room - not Westin's fault but they offered 0 assistance with moving the room and the new room had previous occupants food still in the cabinets and bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. Carpet was funky. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. Felt like a Holiday Inn. Indoor/Outdoor pool was cool. We enjoyed that.

The location and staff were top notch. Right next to 16th Street Mall and a lot of great restaurants.
As soon as i was about to check in, the gentleman who opened the Door for us was extremely rude as if he didn’t want us coming in and was annoyed that we were there. Every time we’d come down to the main lobby he’d stare us down for no reason what so ever. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, bed sheets had stains on it. Didn’t feel like it was sanitized or cleaned, the AC was not working properly at all. Overall poor experience and i would not stay here again.
