A great night's sleep in Westin heavenly beds. Valet parking was easy too.

A little dated (compared to some other hotels in Denver) but the price was fantastic and the rooms were very clean. Beds are very comfortable (a little tall if that is an issue). Very happy with our choice to stay here!

The property was nice over all. The king bed was very good and bedding was outstanding.

Westin Denver Downtown is not a very clean hotel. It has some odd odors in common areas too. The management is not very good... they generally could care less and this matriculates down to the staff. With a good cleaning, some staff training, and a better management team it could be a really nice place. To the hotel's credit, the beds and linens are very comfortable and are upgraded compared to similar properties. There is a good guest safety program in place (a key is required to even operate the elevator). This is the worst Westin I have ever stayed at - consider it on par with a Comfort Inn.

The beds are amazing. The staff are very friendly. Shout out to Angel for her cheery conversation!!!

The front desk was very helpful and courteous. The property itself is quite large and the location is in walking distance to a lot of attractions. The room was way more spacious than I really needed and the TV was ridiculously big. My only complaint would be the poor ventilation in the room. The bathroom did not have a fan which is something I usually expect at a nicer hotel. Besides that the stay was great!

We had to wait for a room when we arrived bout everything else was great

very upscale, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed

The concierge Shiela was amazing. After checking us in she sent cookies to our room for our kids for the cold snowy movie night ahead of us. What a wonderful treat

Not up to the Westin standard. Very outdated rooms.

Explored downtown Denver. Ordered room service for dinner. Watched on demand movie in hotel room. Went skateboarding at the civic center before breakfast.

close to everything walked every where...even Coors field for a Ball game

Saturday 340pm, 2 people working the check in desk, long line and staff advised they were fully booked that night. They should have had more people working check in for a big night. In addition, the room was not ready at check in time. They texted later when it was ready, 430pm. Others were still waiting on their rooms to be ready. Otherwise great place. Great location, quiet room and super comfy bed.
