Nice hotel, anak rooms, probably to be expected since it's in downtown. However, i didn't like being in the shower and am electricity shut off around 0515. Happened twice. When the power finality came back on, I called the front desk and they started the power outage occurred because the city was testing the electricity. That was not true and it was the only building impacted. I didn't appreciate being lied to. Other than that great hotel, beautiful views on the 15 for.

Excellent from start to finish! Check-in process efficient, room was spotless and VERY comfortable, WIFI worked great, elevators were fast and smooth. Only downside was VALET-ONLY parking ($59). Hotel is a 2-block walk from 16th Street Mall and 20 minute walk to Union Station. We'd definitely use this hotel again.
