Parking is to far and i dont know why they have to charge for parking its to expensive and far from the entrence

Only problem was with reservations and and how the reservations were not handled correctly at arrival. I requested a roll away for the room when I made my reservations since there were three of us and it was confirmed and written on the confirmation. Upon arrival to the hotel I was told we would not get one, even though he could see it was on the reservation. They just gave us extra bedding and one of us had to sleep on the floor for the two nights we were there.

Needed a place for a 48hour weekend football game at Air Force. This fit the ticket. A business 4 star hotel with a good weekend rate. We used nothing but the beds so my review is limited to rooms and parking. Hotel is located in a business park area. Clean and professional landscaping all around you. You won't be walking down to a neighborhood cafe for a latte but you can drive to many or use the Starbucks in the hotel. We had what we thought was a loud neighbor watching a movie and or talking all night. Unfortunately I didn't hear it till 4 am and we needed to push back for airport shortly anyway so I didn't call the desk or address it. Also, the cleaning people appeared to have left a mop, vacuum and supplies scattered in our hall. Odd but that's it. Would stay again!

I enjoyed my stay tremendously! What a beautiful hotel and friendly staff! We have found our future hotel for visits to Denver

Arrived at 1:00 a.m. to a check in assistant who was grumpy and obviously didn't want to be working the night shift. I asked for a quiet room away from elevators, and was provided a room adjacent to the highway (an entire side of this hotel looks onto a major freeway) and the a/c didn't work. So, at 1:00 in the morning had to go back to lobby to change rooms. The hotel is dated and in desperate need of renovation. I would not recommend.

I guess the wall was pretty thick. We had party until 4 am. Sometimes it got loud, but Nobody was complained. Shower water was kind of hard to control sometimes it gets too hot.

There are too many hotels in this area to choose this one. They nickel and dime everything, from the parking to facility use to breakfast. We bought a package with 4 people in each room which was supposed to include breakfast. When we went to cash in the breakfast they said it only counted for 2 people. Why would be only want breakfast for 2 when we purchased a room for 4. They than agreed to serve our group and than charged us for it without authorization.

My stay here was excellent, staff was VERY helpful and great. I will stay here again!

Great value, but I would have changed a few things. First of all the beds are horrible! They move around and the top mattress doesn't stay still! Parking is okay because I got it for free but normally it is $10.00 a day to park. Another thing I didn't like was the price for the breakfast. It was $19.00 for a buffet and while some might find that a great deal, for a family of three it's not friendly. Otherwise the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly.

My wife and I flew in to Denver on Saturday afternoon for a concert at Fiddler's Green on Sunday night and left Monday A. The hotel is only about 3 miles away and was very convenient to the concert venue. The staff was great and the restaurant/bar in the hotel had great food and very friendly staff. The price and location were our main reason for staying here but we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The only, and I mean only small complaint we could make is that the hotel air conditioning in the room was a little loud. Other than that I definitely recommend1

After a long day of work I arrived to check into the hotel only to be told they had overbooked the rooms. The only option for me was to take a room that serves as a conference room with a pull out couch! I can't believe I was treated this way. Not cool staff. I won't be staying there again

Hotel was very nice and well kept, paid extra for an upgraded room, but at check-in was given their basic room and wasn't refunded. Parking is an $10 a night added to your reservation when you check in, Plus another $13 a day to use the wifi. A/C in the room was broken.

I stayed there due to the conference at Hyatt Tech Center. It took less than 10 minutes by foot. It was also about 15 minutes walk to a light rail which goes to downtown. Employees were very nice and the place was quiet. There's no restaurant but hotel restaurant near there and the area itself is not main area of Denver, but it was good for conference lodging. The only bad experience was taxi. Keep in mind that it is hard to call a taxi during weekends because this area is far from downtown. Drivers also asked for only cash...

Room and entire property very clean. Only one towel in the bathroom upon arrival, but this was rectified very quickly by the attentive and helpful staff. The location of the pool was not immediately apparent, but one staff member obviously knew what my kids and I were looking for when we went out on a scouting trip of the property. He took us right to it immediately, dropping what he was doing at the time. The parking situation was less than what I would have expected, with an extra fee per day assessed for parking on the property. We obviously paid it, as there was no where else to park. I can see this being the norm in a dense downtown environment, but this was not the case in the Denver Tech Center. And now for the most important reviews from my kids Good pool, excellent beds, great service. Nice staff! Overall, very good place.

I spent four nights at this very nice hotel at a great rate thanks to my online reservation. My 8th floor room faced the mountains and that provided some lovely views of the Rockies. The downside was that it also faced I-25 and that was just a bit noisy. However, I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Great room, good morning breakfast (little on the high side), staff very pleasant, hot tub and pool area very clean.

Great stay and really great staff! Good location, many restaurants and parks within walking distance. Free hotel shuttle to excellent shopping. Staff was always super friendly and helpful for anything I needed, especially the bellman who can meet any request. Be aware the hotel restaurant limits it's menu when large conventions are in house and eating meals there.

From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. On my next stay I will request to be closer to the elevator. It is a big hotel. I also didn't enjoy the balcony being directly over the dining area, but I imagine that I could have changed rooms if I had requested. They were so accommodating!

First timer to Denver - last night of 5-day trip for my daughter's orientation at CSU. Very impressive hotel and staff. Great room, great location (right off I-25; easy drive/train-ride to downtown#, and great price #more than 1/2 of downtown rates#. Was especially impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the check-in representative #Tony). Really made our stay special. Will definitely return on our next visit!

Tony checked us in...very hospitable and helpful. He even shook our hands! The room was clean and very quiet. Upon checkout, the courteous front desk staff thanked us. Great customer service -- smiles from everyone. The hotel is close to the I-25 ramp, so it's a convenient location.
