Grand Hyatt Denver

4.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

They don’t use fitted sheets and the sheets are too big for the bed. No ceiling lights and lights are not connected to the entrance switch so must turn on individual lamps. Sink water was hard to adjust. Shower was great. Front desk staff is very helpful. Great location.

Showerhead was broken. Stain on bedding Checkin was great. Paid almost 500$ (with taxes & parking) to spend 1night, NOT WORTH IT. Since I booked with Orbitz we did not get Hyatt points... Over all disappointing.

Good location in downtown and helpful/friendly staff

Awesome staff, clean room, great location and view. Two thumbs up!!!!

Check in was a breeze, the staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. We had two rooms and the front desk agent asked if we’d like to be near each other (which I thought was very nice), and then she made it happen! The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Rainfall shower heads and big tubs. I loved that there are sensor lights under the night stand and in the bathroom so you do not need to turn on a light if you need to use the bathroom in the night. The location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants, including the Denver Pavillions which is a huge outdoor shopping center. The lobby bar is absolutely beautiful. In addition to being able to enjoy your wine in a gorgeous space, and by the fire, they had a live guitarist playing in the evening, which I thought was a nice touch. We would stay at the Grand Hyatt Denver again in a heartbeat!

Great hotel. Location is ideal if you are visiting downtown Denver. Rooms are new and spacious. I read reviews that the only issue is the $42 overnight parking fee but I parked in a covered building right in front of the hotel and paid overnight $11. The daily max is $17 so it saves some money compared to the $42 the hotel wants to charge.

We had a good experience and would go back again. We were there only 1 day.

Really close to downtown 16th street mall. The view of the room is really nice. We can see the entire downtown from the 22nd floor.

The hotel eas outstanding. My only gripe is the $46 fee to park my car in their underground garage. Had I known about that I might have made another choice. Orbitz or the Hyatt needs to tell customers about upcharges like that

We checked in late and the welcome desk offered for us to check out late the next morning. The rooms are clean and tidy and there are so many places to visit nearby such as restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.

Got stuff like gel and towels brought up fast. The staff were excellent, fun, friendly, and professional. The maids were great. The restaurant was closed which stunk..

Great stay. We upgraded to the city view and it was worth the extra. Definitely suggest them for a stay.

It's a good ways from downtown Denver, but the hotel is very nice and cheap to stay. They have a indoor pool and amazing room service. The front desk clerk was very help full in sending our package home on New Year's Day.

We only stayed one day and a night but everything was perfect.

The hotel was clean and attractive with very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had an excellent variety. The bed was super comfy too.

Grand Hyatt is a superior hotel. Services are great. Staff is exceptional. The staff will do their best to provide great service.Facilities are first rate. Location is very central. All in all, a very well run hotel.

Very nice hotel in a terrific location downtown. A very short walk to the 16th Street Mall.

Positives were great location and club lounge with a decent breakfast and nightly snacks. Very nice staff in the lounge especially Andrew The first night our room was directly under the lounge however and it was very noisy despite the lounge being closed. Chairs being moved all night. We were moved the next day however. Water issue one morning with no water for several minutes. The manager did leave a message about this however which was good Disappointed with cleanliness in the common areas Grand Hyatt was not so grand- probably needs a little refreshing

Great location, great staff. Walking distance within Coors Field, about 1 mile. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and bars in town. Also the room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. I wanted to get to enjoy the town which I did in this 1 night stay.

Hi Mark. We are so sorry for your experience with parking. We understand parking can be expensive and we work to keep our prices in line with other downtown facilities. Our garage has the added benefit of 24 hour security and in/out privileges. Our prices are listed on the parking page of our website and we will make sure to communicate this information better with our guests in the future. We truly appreciate your feedback and sincerely hope to welcome you back to our hotel again.
