If we were staying in a VIP Access Hotel, we didn’t know it or receive any benefits. I would have thought for the price we paid we would have had at least some VIP benefit! The bed was too soft and the pillows were way to hard which lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Loved the front desk agents. The hotel had a cool vibe. The shower was very moldy and the bath fan was not working correctly. I also feel the hanging chairs are just impractical.
