This home is in the wonderful Capitol Hill neighborhood where there is so much to do all in walking distance. Check out the pictures for an idea of the neighborhood.
You’ll love my Scottish themed row-house because It's a charming old house that sits up above the street with a beautiful private porch with gated entrance.This beautiful, private, & secure sanctuary is a great spot to call home while you are in Denver . This home has all the charm of the 19th Century and all the modern conveniences of the 21st century. It is comfortable, modern and secure.
Within this area is a great deal to do, you'll see in the pictures some of my favorite spots and all of them are within 10min walk of the house. Rated with a walk-score of 90, you are staying near the heart of the city while still having an easygoing neighborhood feel.
Detached garage comes with the house.
The historical Capitol Hill neighborhood is rich with culture and diversity. It is one of the most sought after areas to live in Denver. Just blocks away from the Governor's Mansion, The Kirkland Museum, The Denver Art Museum, The Molly Brown House, and The Capitol Building, you will not run out of things to do without needing to travel far.
