Welcome to our beautiful 4-bedroom house located in the heart of Denver's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood! With its central location and convenient access to local attractions and amenities, walking distance to Washington Park, bars, shopping. This property is the perfect home base for your next visit to the Mile High City.
The space
The house features a spacious open-plan living area, four cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. The house also has large windows that flood the space with natural light, and plenty of unique touches that make it feel like a home away from home.

This property was disappointing for our group of five. From a capacity standpoint, it was great to have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but overall it is a low quality rental. Exterior: total disarray, uneven/dangerous steps leading to front door and the back "patio" area had debris, a massive ladder on its side and a garbage receptacle. Interior: dated and low quality throughout. Bathroom linens with holes, paper thin bedspread, HVAC vents with what looks like years of built-up dirt and debris, mismatched/old furniture, ants in the kitchen, and lack of kitchen items (three dining plates, really?).My last comment would be that the entry doors (2) and key pads are faulty and not reliable. At one point we had to call the owner and she proceeded to give us all sorts of codes to try and enter along with trying to get a spare key in a lockbox by the back patio which was gross (read above). We got in after 30 mins but at least have your doors working and reliable! The three-night charge was very affordable so you really do get what you pay for!!

The place worked for us; we have family about 10 blocks away. The outside needs some work and if the goal is to upgrade…I can see the opportunity.The inside is nice but could use a small table in the kitchen area. I bought a 6ft folding table and 5 chairs from Home Depot. I had local family that could take them when we were done. The dining room has 4 chairs and 4 folding… table fits 8 nicely…we actually managed 10 but it was tight.The kitchen amenities need to be improved, there were only 3 large plates and not enough silverware. The house is listed to sleep 8…bare minimum should be 8 of everything…12 would be better.The rest of the house was fine, 4 beds and 3 full baths worked well.My suggestion to the owners…concrete work outside!!!Fix the driveway it’s a hazard. Build out the area around the house if it were cement about 4 Ft over the sidewalk grade with an open fence rail it would provide a small outdoor sitting area and a place for a grill…could not cook a steak or burgers.Its ok, we made it work but had to import plates and silverware from family

The home was perfect for our weekend stay in Denver. It was very clean, spacious and we all loved the location. The communication with the host was also excellent. This house had plenty of room for seven adults. The three full bathrooms and a queen bed in each room made each private space comfortable. The kitchen was nice for making breakfast each morning. When we arrived there were some basic necessities lacking throughout the house, but Hannah was quick to have them dropped off for us. I would recommend giving this house consideration for your Denver stay!

From the outside my family was unsure. But as soon as we walked in the house. We are pleasantly surprised. House very nicely kept up. Great location also. On a corner which I had concern about noise. House very insulted noise wasn't an issue.

Wonderful Place in Great Denver Area!

We had a fantastic time staying in Hannah's great 4 BR home in Denver - newly renovated and well appointed, a perfect spot for our family reunion. Love the neighborhood, proximity to Washington Park as well as local eateries. Denver is a great place from which to travel to the beautiful mountains (go to Red Rock and stay for a beer in Morrison) and farmers markets ( we took in the one in Boulder). Hannah is a great host - super accessible and helpful. Look forward to returning.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This is home provides easy access to Cherry Creek, Downtown, the Ball Arena, Empower field, restaurants, grocery stores and interstate access to anywhere you want to go in Denver/surrounding areas! The house is beautifully remodeled and well equipped. Hannah was a joy to work with and very responsive! We look forward to visiting again in the future!
