I had a friend stay at the same hotel with me and her room was invested with BED BUGS!! My room smelled like feet and I’m not sure they washed the sheets!
So many dinner options within just a few steps. Underground parking garage made parking super simple. Lovely, well appointed hotel, for reasonable price.
The website say all staff wear mask but that is not true. As of 3/1/22, staff and customers do not need to wear masks. Disappointed website was not updated to reflect policy change. I did not feel safe staying there.
The elegance of the whole feel for the hotel was overwhelming and exciting, would recommend again!

The property is in a great area, really would not need to leave the area if you did not want to. Little disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom and the vent. Not pleased with the steel piece hanging out under the side of the bed I did not know about. I got out of bed only to cut my leg pretty deep.
The hot tub and pool was relaxing and joyful; among on all the current virus chaos. Didn't really care about having to pay for breakfast. A hotel on this level. You'd think there would be at least one breakfast on the hotels behalf.
It’s musty. Water smells and tastes musty. Some mold starting in shower.
Great staff. Place is in middle of updating. Hallways and entryway in rough shape.
