Stayed over Saturday night to attend a Avalanche hockey game with my grandsos. Pluses - Desk manager was great in getting us checked in early. (Nice with three busy boys.) - breakfast was good, alabiet very busy. Would be nice if they had second buffet line set up on weekends. - Convient for walking distance to Pepsi Center and tons of shopping and night life. Downsides - $44 for overnight parking, really? Lots are very close by where you can park for $20-$30 - Pool was cloudy which gives appearance of not being clean.

My only complaint is about the Housekeeper in the morning. She knocked on our door 3 different times before 11am. We were only staying 1 night and check out is at noon...why did she wake us up at 8am to try to clean our room when we were leaving that day? It was really frustrating and annoying. Other than that, it is a great hotel that is in a convenient location near the convention center and performing arts.

Weak wifi and an odd carpet (Looks filthy but isn't - looks like cemfloor when you try to pull up some old rubber. Weird.) Main complaint is the parking fee. High even for a downtown location.

Parking was 80.00 dollars and the breakfast was the worst of all. only omelets to order. potatoes were dry and just not good.

These rooms were on the high end of comfortable.

The staff was incredible, the happy hour was an added bonus, and the hotel was beautiful. The location was perfect.

Perfect central location, very walkable. Lowest price for the highest quality in downtown Denver. Beware of aggressive & assaultive behavior of homeless on 16th!

Great hotel to stay at close to everything downtown the only thing it lacked which was a huge disappointment was three full days of our room not being clean the staff came bright and early at 8 AM before we even were up for the day and then we had them come back they never came

I was gonna get charged again by the hotel -that was already collected by Orbitz-, and the biggest surprise was that Orbitz charged me over ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE THAN THE HOTEL, that is not a good deal at all. So disappointed! I'm expecting Orbitz will reimburse me that money!

We loved our room. Embassy Suites is great since they include their made to order eggs and the rest of the breakfast buffet as well as their daily happy hour. We loved our room. Very clean and spacious. Great location and we were able to walk to Coors Field as well as other spots near by. We did have an issue with parking. It is valet only. We checked in after 10 pm on our first night, so I asked if we could get it waived. Everybody got a good laugh. Never hurts to ask though right? We were out most of the day Friday and returned to the hotel at roughly 4 pm. We ended up not using our car the next day. When we checked out on Sunday, the rental car attendant(at the airport) pulled a ticket off the windshield. Somehow, we had gotten a parking ticket though we had our car valeted. I called the hotel once we returned home, as we were already at the airport. We did end up getting it resolved, but it was irritating. I explained that I had to make the calls as my husband was beyond mad. We were already paying $40 a night for overnight parking and we still ended up getting a violation due to the valet or the citation company. Who really knows. Thanks to David in valet for resolving the issue!

I stayed on one of the floors that has been updated and the room was very nice. Within walking distance to shopping and breakfast was great.

Excellent location! Was surprised how many options breakfast had: fruits, traditional breakfast items and omelette station!

I've traveled to Denver for a business conference. Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Denver, walking distance from major attractions and next to commuter rail and downtown buses. Stay includes full breakfast and 'happy hour' at 5:30pm with a free drink and appetizers. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Very good stay. Close to everything downtown. Breakfast was wonderful !!

The only reason I would take points off would be that only 2 of the 4 elevators were working which was frustrating with our bags

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful, but for the cost of the room I do not think you should be charged for internet usage. I was also disappointed as it is listed as having bathrobes in room and there was none in the room i stayed in.

We came into Denver to go to NHL Avs and NFL Broncos games. Hotel within walking distance for both. Great breakfast included in hotel price. Free happy hour a nice touch as well. Long lineup at bar but it was Bronco game weekend!

Was very happy with our stay at Embassy Suites. We've stayed there a few times.

We often stay at this hotel when we travel to Colorado. Embassy Suites are built for families of five, the location is excellent, the breakfast is terrific, and we love the design and LEED status of this particular hotel. This time, however, our room (1308 maybe?) had a bit of a musty odor, the HVAC unit was noisy, and the shower fixtures and tile are getting kind of beat. Honestly, I would have asked for a new room, but we arrived too late at night to hassle with it. I also notice that the elevator doors are looking pretty rough, and the restaurant / breakfast area was as well. Maybe just a tough weekend... looked like many of the guests had maybe been partying. I figure we'll probably give it another shot next time.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was perfect. Additionally the breakfast offering was fantastic.
