Close to shops and restaurants Room did not have pillows or blanket for sofa bed

Great location. $47 a night to park your car. Hip vibe decor was nice. Reception with snacks and free drinks was good. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Mold in the shower grout was a disappointment for a hotel of this scale. Room size was good. Beds ok. Bedding good. Stingy with the cups. Towels were inconsistent. Some were nice. Some were worn with tears. Valet guys were nice. Front desk lady was unhelpful with getting my stay put on my Hilton Honors membership. I didn’t like the lobby on the 4th floor. It makes the elevators especially busy and you have to wait a long time for one. I don’t think I’d stay there again, especially at that price.

Things I liked...location and free breakfast. Things I did not enjoy...homeless people in the lobby; Our room was not properly cleaned; Our room was not locked after being "cleaned"; elevator floor is always dirty. Overall the hotel need to improve on keeping the hotel clean.

This hotel was an excellent choice for attending an event at the Convention Center. Loved having a Starbucks right next door too. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of choices. Room 505 microwave didn't have the tray inside? Also, the room had two windows and the safety clip was broken on one side and the window could open way too wide for my liking.

Love the location close to a lot of things. Excellent suite. Free happy hour. Free breakfast. The parking was a little expensive but hassle free.

A great value with the free cocktail reception, and the breakfast. My three year old enjoyed swimming in the pool. Valet parking was expensive, but is LODO, and overall a great deal!

Such a beautiful hotel. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the service was so happy and ready to help in any way. Will be staying there any time I visit Denver again.

Everything was great except for you had to pay for parking.

Nice hotel located in downtown area ................

great place to have a business meetings. good down town shopping

Beautiful hotel with wonderful breakfast and delightful evening cocktail hour

Everthing was great from service to cleanliness. Location was great, walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The hotel pool area smelled awful and even after telling the hotel staff, we were still unable to use the pool because of the horrible smell.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your review of our property, we appreciate any and all feedback in order to improve for your future stays or those of other travelers. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location and complimentary breakfast, Denver is a very walk-able city and it’s always nice to be able to have a hot breakfast in the morning. I am sorry to hear that our cleanliness was not up to expectations as well as your door being left open. I have addressed this issue with our housekeeping department to try and remedy the issue. Safety and security of our guests is very important to us and we continue to improve our processes to ensure that only authorized hotel guests and associates are in the building at all times. Thank you again and please feel free to contact me if you have anything additional you would like to discuss. Renee W. Director of Sales and Marketing
