I stayed on one of the floors that has been updated and the room was very nice. Within walking distance to shopping and breakfast was great.

Excellent location! Was surprised how many options breakfast had: fruits, traditional breakfast items and omelette station!

I've traveled to Denver for a business conference. Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Denver, walking distance from major attractions and next to commuter rail and downtown buses. Stay includes full breakfast and 'happy hour' at 5:30pm with a free drink and appetizers. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Very good stay. Close to everything downtown. Breakfast was wonderful !!

The only reason I would take points off would be that only 2 of the 4 elevators were working which was frustrating with our bags

The staff was very nice and extremely helpful, but for the cost of the room I do not think you should be charged for internet usage. I was also disappointed as it is listed as having bathrobes in room and there was none in the room i stayed in.

We came into Denver to go to NHL Avs and NFL Broncos games. Hotel within walking distance for both. Great breakfast included in hotel price. Free happy hour a nice touch as well. Long lineup at bar but it was Bronco game weekend!

Was very happy with our stay at Embassy Suites. We've stayed there a few times.

We often stay at this hotel when we travel to Colorado. Embassy Suites are built for families of five, the location is excellent, the breakfast is terrific, and we love the design and LEED status of this particular hotel. This time, however, our room (1308 maybe?) had a bit of a musty odor, the HVAC unit was noisy, and the shower fixtures and tile are getting kind of beat. Honestly, I would have asked for a new room, but we arrived too late at night to hassle with it. I also notice that the elevator doors are looking pretty rough, and the restaurant / breakfast area was as well. Maybe just a tough weekend... looked like many of the guests had maybe been partying. I figure we'll probably give it another shot next time.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was perfect. Additionally the breakfast offering was fantastic.

We always attempt to stay at Embassy Suites. This Embassy was especially nice. Close to shopping and dinning. They have services for town car through Zion Charter which came in so handy to go to and from the DIA. We enjoyed the delicious dinners at the restaurant on site and their breakfasts were great - eggs your way. The staff was great in every department. Not a complaint here.

Everything was fantastic! We were there at a high volume time and their staff stayed in great spirits! Room was clean, breakfast was delicious! Our only problem was the elevators, there were not enough for the amount of people in the hotel, we waited about 20 minutes on average to get to our floor selection.

This.was by far the best hotel experience I have encountered in all of my travels. This hotel and staff know how to do it right.

Embassy Suites is always at the top of our list when traveling! This was out first time at the Denver location and we would definitely stay there again. The room was clean and big with a nice living room area and great bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and professional. We arrived on Christmas day and they checked us in right away. Joey (the bartender) was great and had great suggestions on places to eat in the downtown area. We were 15 mins walking distance from everything which was great. I can't end without mentioning how amazing the complimentary breakfast and happy hour are! Adds a really great value to your stay. Thank you for a wonderful always!

The only bad comment would be about, when we ordered a pepperoni and mushrooms pizza and we got only a cheese pizza we call back right away to let the restaurant know and they never answer front desk said they were close. And it would be nice if they had a hot tub. Other then that it was great.

Embassy Suites has always been my first choice when staying in downtown Denver. However, this stay was less than the top-notch accommodations I've come to expect. The hotel was filled with families with young children (to be expected- it was the holidays) so the lines at the social hour were very long. So long that we had to skip the drinks/snacks in order to make it to the Nuggets game on time. Not a big deal but still... At breakfast, the omelet stations were located at the end of the buffet lines and those who wanted the buffet only had to wait for the others to clear the omelet station before they could approach the buffet table. I asked the guests in line in front of me to please step back from the buffet if they were waiting for the omelet station. Every one of the 20 or so people in front of me stepped back, I got my food, and the crowd immediately stepped back in front of the buffet to wait for their omelets. This is simply a traffic flow problem that could be easily fixed with a few ropes and stanchions. The breakfast food wasn't up to Embassy Suites standards. The scrambled eggs were over-cooked, dry, and chewy. The potatoes were acceptable but the meat was not. And I gave up waiting in line for beverages and took the food to my room where I at least had some water to go with my meal. I won't visit this Embassy Suites again until I hear things have improved. Too bad- it used to be an exceptional value in downtown Denver. I'll end on a positive note-- the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and the valet service is the quickest in Denver.

i would def recommend this hotel. great location and the rooms are nice

This is the best for events across the street at the Convention Center. Very nice!
