Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center

Room was nice and clean as possible. The breakfast was much better than most, with scrambled eggs and meat and even some folks making omelettes to your spec.

I was immediately impressed as soon as I arrived at the hotel. From the valet gentlemen to the ladies at the front desk, everyone is super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Check in was a breeze, the front desk woman was super helpful and informative, and offered great suggestions. The decor, the atmosphere, the location, the food, EVERYTHING is 5/5 stars. Towards the end of my stay, I contracted food poisoning at a sushi bar off-site. I called the front desk to inquire about a pharmacy near by- and was immediately offered a hotel credit to shop for medicine in the gift shop/Starbucks on site. She also offered to assist in anything I needed. A gentlemen then called my room nearly 8 hours later, to ask if I was feeling okay and what the hotel could send or do to make me more comfortable. I was then asked again upon check out- how I was feeling. I was completely blown away by the level of genuine care and concern I was shown during my stay. I will make sure to tell everyone to stay at this location. The team here will go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Thank you Hyatt Regency!

Rooms and beds were comfortable. Staff was fantastic! Location was convenient

My stayed was very pleasant. Friendly staff, clean room and very quiet.

Haven't been to Denver and all the staff of the hotel were really friendly and helpful when I had questions about where I could eat or things to do around town.

Shot trip comfortable room. But valet at $42 per night seemed unreasonable

Had a two night stay! Close to 16th street mall!! Clean rooms!

Management did not properly advise guests there would be a parade going through downtown leaving all roads leading to the hotel to be closed. The assistant front desk manager, Robert Wallen, was incredibly rude and exhibited the worst customer service. If you choose to stay at this hotel, cross your fingers you won't need anything from management because they will not help you at all. Also, there was a disgusting stain on the bed comforter and management did not address the issue until we filed two complaints with customer affairs. Stay anywhere but the Hyatt Regency if you're going to Denver.

They had there short comings and made up for them.. also very curtious as i left property at the premesis.

Loved the room, the view, and access to club level.

Within walking distance to many great shops, restaurants, and a dispensary within three blocks. Also, the steak I had at the restaurant in the hotel was one of the best I have ever had, and the mac and cheese was hands down the best I have had in my life. Clean, comfy room with great bed and couch by the window.

Very Nice. very clean. Welcoming staff. Good location.

Decent Hotel in a prime location. Comfortable beds.

Within walking distance of downtown activities. Quiet area.

Great hotel. Willing distance to many things great health spa

Very covenant location to all the downtown area. Our travels had us scheduled for a function at the Colorado convention center which was located directly across the street. Perfect Location!!!

As I arrived, the check in staff could not find my reservation through orbitz. I had to wait approx 25min to the side while they looked for it. Not fun when you have been driving for 8 hrs and just want to take a shower and relax.

Great Location. There is a problem in your restaurante. They made me wait innecesarily even though there were a lot of tables empty.

1st trip to CO(ill & traveling alone) for special weekend event. Offers easy access to multiple points of interest downtown;,walking around alone (only explored during the day), I felt very safe. The hotel itself, is beautiful/spacious, modern, & offers plentiful amenities. My room, with it's awesome city & Rocky Mountains views, was large, spotless, comfortable, & contained upscale furnishings. Every associate, from check in to check out, could not have been more professional, courteous, & friendly. Perks Coffee Shop is a great place to pick up beverages/personal items/snacks & sandwiches, & is open 24/7. Peaks Loung on the 27th floor, offers panoramic views & comfortable/intimate gathering areas, to watch the sunset, then city lights at night.

We loved it. It was high-class and had everything we wanted, plus the gym was great, and so were the views from it.
