Unknown to me before I got there was that parking was $42 a night! And that was self-parking in a matchbox car, underground parking lot that was difficult to maneuver around and not well marked.

King bed was huge and comfortable, but there was dry blood splatters on the lamp and a shoe print on the window ledge. Overall a nice room.

Sultan was the woman who checked us in and she was absolutely fabulous. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Location service very convenient for all my needs I definitely want to come back

I loved the view and how quick the elevators were to the 30th floor. I also liked the onsite parking however didnt like the price of packing.

Very nice hotel. Very clean with friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Denver.

The entrance was fabulous, the employees were very friendly. The eatery recommendations were sub par. Beautiful setting for business meetings with very nice seating areas, quite areas for privacy, with a nice cafe/bar. Excellent lobby for getting work done. For the room, bed sheets were not that soft, mattress was decent yet not that comfortable, you can hear the neighbors in the rooms on each side of the walls if that’s comforting at night.... fixtures/tile ok yet not that glam. 3 stars would be generous. Parking is $42/night yet neighboring lots are $20. Overall - average rating.

It was wonderful place to stay and beautiful to view

Walking distance to shops and restaurants. In a great area!

We stayed in the Spruce suite, by far it was the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was very small for the size of the suite, but the bed and the room were amazing.

Hotel was average, nothing special. Lobby was really nice. But you have to pay for everything to include breakfast and parking. Had I known parking would be $42 for overnight I wouldn’t have even booked it. They should really disclose that because that’s a lot extra added on top of the room cost. It was close to midnight when I got in and I was too tired to look for parking elsewhere. You would think they’d include it in the price for hotel guests.

The hotel was very nice, however, because of Covid, many things were closed. Also, our A/C wouldn't come on, because of the temp outside. So, it was quite warm in the room.

Beautiful property nice staff. Just wish there wasnt so much construction noises in early morning.. asked to be moved but young lady must have misunderstood me and put me lower floor on same side of construction but i did still thoroughly enjoyed stay..
