Loved it here! Perfect location to walk to everything downtown. Staff was very helpful and super friendly. I did not like the spa however. Has a couple massage booked for 50 mins. They gave us champagne and had ya sit behind a small curtain up against a wall. (Not romantic whatsoever) then our massage wasn’t even 50 minutes. It seemed we were the last booked so they just wanted to hurry and get us out. Was not pleased at all with the spa.

I was next to the elevators and the ice machine so that concerned me. I put a fan app on my phone and slept like a baby. I especially appreciated the blackout curtains and clean carpet!

My, granddaughters and I had a wonderful weekend getaway. Beautiful hotel. Very professional and friendly staff.

The bed we got this time wasn't the most comfortable as our previous stay. Breakfast and room service is always wonderful. Close to everything and great mountain view.

The hotel was very nice, staff was very polite and helpful. the rooms we comfortable but not to the point were I slept like a baby. This hotel was in a very good Location as well. The 16th st mall and pavilions mall were all right across, and there were many good restaurants around there.

The 27 floor bar was amazing! The staff very friendly! Very clean great location!

33rd floor is great. Cost around $250 including valet, booked through orbitz. Windows of room were slightly, in need a windex. That’s the only complaint. Staff was awesome. Valet guys are great

One of my best hotel stays. I got in on a ridiculously early flight around 6am not expecting to be able to check in. I figured I would just see if I could drop my luggage off at the front desk and go bum around the city until check in at 4. I wish I remembered the name of the wonderful gentleman who was working the front desk, he had a room ready and let me check in super early. Such a lifesaver!! Just a very nice person overall. The place itself is a beautiful hotel with multiple dining options, room service was also speedy and not outrageously expensive. LOCATION! An easy 2 block walk to the 16th St Mall. I decided to last-minute stay an additional night and I worked with same great guy at the front desk. I was able to keep the same room so I didn't have the hassle of packing up and moving everything. The service here is outstanding. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you for a great experience in Denver!!

I called room service at 11:58 PM and the kitchen would not serve me room service after a night of drinking. I spoke to a supervisor at 12:03 and they said the kitchen closes at 12 AM . I told the supervisor I called in on time and I was waiting on hold and to them it did not matter. That's terrible service! Secondly they did clean my room, change my sheets or even give me fresh towels. I did not have a do not disturb card on my door either. I own and operate a large brewery in California. The most important thing is for your customers to have a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

I loved this hotel. It is right downtown, walking distance to everything.

Everything went smoothly from the time we checked in until we checked out Sunday morning. Jessica set the tone at check in. She was extremely accommodating, gave a great room and pointed us to a couple nearby restaurants. The concierge bent over backwards to find a car for us during the eclipse weekend. The hotel staff really made our trip a great success.

check in was a breeze and our room was exactly as promised with a mountain view. Great included breakfast as well. Parking is expensive but the rest of the hotel is great.

Awesome views of city and mountains. Very helpful staff. Cozy room with delicious room service. Fancy fruit infused water in lobby.

A nice touch that's a block off 16 street. Convenient to everything to the downtown area. Everything about the hotel is clean (exterior, lobby, room). The mattress was a little sunk but not a major issue. I would definitely stay again in future.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was very central to downtown Denver. Overall, the hotel was wonderful and I will most likely stay there again!

Room was nice and clean as possible. The breakfast was much better than most, with scrambled eggs and meat and even some folks making omelettes to your spec.

I was immediately impressed as soon as I arrived at the hotel. From the valet gentlemen to the ladies at the front desk, everyone is super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Check in was a breeze, the front desk woman was super helpful and informative, and offered great suggestions. The decor, the atmosphere, the location, the food, EVERYTHING is 5/5 stars. Towards the end of my stay, I contracted food poisoning at a sushi bar off-site. I called the front desk to inquire about a pharmacy near by- and was immediately offered a hotel credit to shop for medicine in the gift shop/Starbucks on site. She also offered to assist in anything I needed. A gentlemen then called my room nearly 8 hours later, to ask if I was feeling okay and what the hotel could send or do to make me more comfortable. I was then asked again upon check out- how I was feeling. I was completely blown away by the level of genuine care and concern I was shown during my stay. I will make sure to tell everyone to stay at this location. The team here will go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Thank you Hyatt Regency!

Rooms and beds were comfortable. Staff was fantastic! Location was convenient
