Staff, particularly Van in the valet department, was great. I probably would not stay here again though because even though our room was upgraded to a corner view--the rooms were microscopically small.
Bathroom area could be cleaner, especially the sink. Sink was clogged.
Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Could use some work on the room service but overall loved it and would definitely stay again and recommend
This the worst lodging experience we have had . Not only did they charge more per night for valet service , we were told 3 different rates , one was when we booked through orbits , another when we called directly once we got there and another once we checked in it went from $40.00 per night ton $42.00 and se ended up paying $49.00 per night . Front desk personnel is indifferent and it seems they don’t want to be there and take it out on us, the patrons . There are zero vending machines , late at night if you are thirsty you are out if luck . Due to covid there is no room housekeeping and you have to call to get towels and personal higiene supplies and their attitude is terrible . Our room telephone did not work the 4 days that we were there , we told them about it and no one did anything . We will never stay here again. Our vacation was great, but we dreaded going back yo the hotel . AC Marriottt Denver was absolutely terrible .
Loved it and will definitely stay here again!
Updated, modern and new
We upgraded to the corner city-view room, which had beautiful views, but the room was lacking standard amenities, like a fridge. There also weren’t any dressers or drawers, meaning you still had to live out of your suitcase. I understand we’re still under Covid, but you had to call every day to get more shampoo, towels, coffee, etc. I would have thought they would just have furnished the room with everything you’d need (we stayed 4 nights - don’t just give us 1 shampoo bottle when we check in, give us 4). Blackout curtains don’t close all the way, so if you’re sensitive to light, be prepared to cram towels along the window sill. And don’t even think about the rooftop bar - the wait was always 1.5 hrs and the employees were very snobby. But, it’s in a great location, the bed was comfy, and food and drinks were good.
convience to downtown
Swanky for sure. Beds and pillows need serious rethinking.
The bathroom setup in my room was something i have never seen before very unique.
The receptionist was very welcoming! I liked that the hotel was very clean.
Location. Ease of mobility. Never cleaned our room from Friday-Sunday
