Valentines Day weekend

Overall we had a great experience for the weekend. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during our last night which affected the hot water. The phone in the room also did not work. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. The room was smaller than expected but veryclean. Perfect for a weekend stay.

No hot water

Hot water stopped working and had to hassle with the front desk to either get it fixed or move to another room. They finally moved us to another room but they didn’t check if the hot water worked in that one. They just didn’t care about our experience

Kimberly is amazing and the hotel is wonderful

Beyond my hopes and dreams! Booked for an overnight getaway for my birthday. Kimberly at the desk was a true delight and kind and so thoughtful! Had a bottle of Prosecco and macaroons sent to me as a surprise. I was filled with gratitude to have be celebrated in this way! The hotel has wonderful amenities and the bars and food were delicious! I wish I could give this 10 stars and I hope you all know what a true gift Kimberly is! She is the reason we will be back!

Nice hotel in not do nice area

Lovely clean rooms and very comfy bed. The roof top bar is lovely but very busy early on so we went back later so we could sit down and enjoy it. Staff were very friendly abd welcoming. The area surrounding it unfortunately let it down but ok for business
