Pictures show a pool, does not have a pool at this location (could have done my research but it is misleading). Elevators always got backed up no matter how many people were there. Seemed like 6 elevators and only one worked at any given time. Room was fine, and staff were nice. Nothing overall to write home about. Not enough room in the lobby for people checking in.

Valet was a complete joke and not friendly were supposed to send me a code and never received it when I went for pick up they acted as if it was my fault I didn’t get a message from them during check in I was told I would get a call once the room was ready also never got the call when I went later they said oh the room has been ready for a while
