I travel a lot and this has to be one of the worst Hotels and definitely the worst Hilton I have stead at. The staff is rude, no one picks up the phone at the front desk. The rooms setup are weird. We booked a regular King size room. They put us in an accessible room, where we barley could take a shower without getting water all over the floor where there was no shower drain to have the water drain. Then when we transferred rooms, I called to say I left my straighten iron in the old room, I was told that someone will call back in 10 minutes to let me know if they found it. I went down 40 minutes later to be told by the front desk person she forgot to ask house keeping to look. She told me that I could go out and come back and she will have an answer regarding my item. When we came back 3 hours later I was told by another employee that it was nothing that they could do and that I need to go on some website to see if the lost and found have it, while he was being rude and dismissive. Also, house keeping never came to our room to clean or give us fresh linens.
Convenient downtown location.
Great location. Lovely place. I’ll be back here when I’m in Denver.
We had a nice stay - very comfortable bed. Fun bar downstairs. Very clean.
Lack of free parking in the hotel my only complaint.
No valet parking made my $380 room seem less interneting
The hotel was super clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays!
👍
Great place to stay. Within walking distance, rtd, transit to everywhere you need! I would definitely recommend staying here. The ambiance is amazing, and the staff is super nice. I love Justin!
Great location -close to many things around downtown Denver
Great hotel with an amazing location!
Staff, location and room was just great!
Probably the best fitness center I have ever seen in a hotel. High quality equipment (think Pelaton!). Ample bikes, treadmills, steppers and weight equipment to handle a crowd. The Starbucks was could not handle the number of customers. Long lines for hours each morning. Good thing there is a Starbucks on almost every corner in downtown Denver.
