I loved the themed floors and messages in the elevators about each floor. Staff was amazing! Offered water & warm cookies anytime at the front desk:) got an early checkin and a late checkout at no extra cost which was awesome! Only down fall was that the elevators were slow:( We were with in 1 block of the free shuttle on the 16th street mall so that was convenient:)

Decent for a night

The check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. We checked out all the floors of the hotel and some are definitely done up more than others. The room was clean. Out biggest issue was how much noise the heater/fan made. The fridge was super loud as well. Seems like the room just needs some maintenance.

The hotel has some construction going on. There was peeled back wall paint in the halls of the 11th floor. The parking garage is a hazard and hard to see around walls when parking. Elevators are tiny and had what looked to be cracker crumbs all throughout. Our room had a loud ac/heat unit and didn’t heat properly. The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling. The refrigerator was warm also. The staff were decent.

The rooms/hallways are very old. The lobby looks to be newly renovated or at the least well taken care of. There is a unique old Hollywood vibe that would look really cool with renovations. I think the lobby gives you a false idea of how the rooms will look. There were rust stains on the tub. No lotions. Broken coffee maker. Furniture is fading. The rooms are all very close together and it’s difficult to get the luggage cart into the room. The bed was very comfortable though. Staff was very friendly. For the price, it was okay. I wouldn’t come back though, mostly because it looks outdated.

Great place to take pics and great decorations. Everything was fine except the shower. It was dirty and had gross stuff on the floor. Needs to be bleached. We also had no hot water in the shower.

Love the location, and a very cool and fun hotel. Had some issues with the heater in our room, but staff got it addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Overall. A great place, we will stay there again.
