I only stayed for one night, and overall the environment was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated.
However, I had an issue after check-out that left me quite disappointed. I reached out on 9/30 to ask if I had left behind my charging cable and charging adapter in the room. The staff said they would forward the message to the manager, but I never heard back. I followed up again on 10/6, and finally received a response on 10/10 saying they would connect with the AGM. As of today (10/17), there’s still been no update.
Even though it may seem like a small issue, the lack of communication and follow-up made me feel like the hotel just didn’t care. For a well-known hotel chain, I expected a more responsible and guest-focused service experience.
