Checked in and was told that parking was $57 and the the a/c in the building was broken. Room was 84 degrees and 77 at midnight. Temperature outside was in the 40s and 50s. They gave us a portable ac unit, but that only got it to the above 77. Room was next to elevator which was super noisy.
Really enjoyed my stay here. This is a beautiful property that is not a 'cookie cutter' hotel, it is more of a boutique. My room was smaller than a usual hotel, but perfectly appointed and the large room windows were gorgeous. The bed/bedding was so comfortable. It's in a very convenient location, and was walkable from Union Station and to many popular attractions nearby. I enjoyed everything about my stay, including the happy hour and the Nickel restaurant next door. I will definitely return in my future trips to Denver.
This was absolutely awful! We had a suite – the air was not working, there was mold in the bathrooms, and it was extremely dirty. We went to another suite— it was a little less dirty, but, still had no AC – the fans provided did not help. It’s summer and it’s hot. Plus there was mold on the mattress, the faucet leaked all over my belongings, and my friend’s light didn’t work. We both felt ill after our first night’s stay, Luckily, the managers were understanding and easy to work with: I offered to show pictures of the issues, but they said they just trusted me and didn’t seem too surprised about the issues. I was given a full refund. I’m very thankful for their kindness. Nothing is ever perfect in life – but I really don’t want somebody else to have the same experience that we did. I sincerely hope some big improvements can be made in the a/c and housekeeping department.
Lovely warm atmosphere in a classic older building that has been updated well. Staff friendly and very accommodating. When told it was our anniversary, upgraded us to the primo corner room with a balcony and brought us Presceco. Loved the deep bathtub and modern bathroom. Everything was perfect for a relaxing time. Thank you!
The room was very nice and clean. There’s also a lot to see and do within walking distance!
Great location if you are going to the theater or any events at the Convention center.
The employees were so friendly. They gave us a toothbrush and deodorant when we arrived at 3am after a day of missed flights. Hotel was impecable. Much better than expected. Can’t recommend high enough
Great location. Wonderful staff
Nice historic property in perfect downtown location.
Very nice place to stay, dig the decor.

Amazing hotel! Absolutely gorgeous with nice views. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!
