Mold on ceilings in shower, wallpaper peeling off, burns on couch. Pool was closed and dirty. I asked front desk for a extra blanket and they told me to come get it and gave me a fitted sheet and said that's all they had. Furniture in lobby was not clean.
Parking charges. Usually, parking is free if staying at the facilities that I have stayed in the past. It's hard to believe that I was charged $12 daily for parking. I hope to be reimbursed so that I can consider staying at this hotel in the future.

Overall a great place to stay even if there wasn't easy acess to convenience stores, restaurants, etc. The breakfast menu could use some fruit or another hot item.

There is not a hot tub as advertised in the pictures, the gate at the pool doesn’t lock and people were walking in from the back trail where there aren’t any cameras and a truck was broken into. The lights outside the pool don’t work, the pool is freezing. Hardly ever staff at the front desk. No ice bucket in room and when we asked for one it came with 2 whole cups and when we asked for more we were told it’s all prepackaged with what we got. The breakfast looks so pretty in pictures but was nothing like that. I was afraid to turn on the light in the room, the switch and all around were full of food. When I opened the pullout sofa there was old pizza in it, crumbs everywhere. Several customers complained about their stay while sitting outside the pool area.
The room handled our family of 5 fine. The staff had our keys ready for us when we arrived, so check-in was smooth. The staff were courteous despite having only two people serving what looked like a fully packed hotel.
The room was dirty, they didn’t have enough staff and the hotel was dirty overall. I never do ratings but felt I had to so nobody else Makes this mistake.
They did not have a room for us. They found us a toom but it was clear after 2 dats of no housekeeping, that room wasn't for guests.
Looks like they are using Covid as an excuse to cut amenities. No coffee, limited towels.
