Lots of rust on stairways. Landscaping not kept up.
We booked this hotel because it was close to family, but we need an ADA compliant room which this was advertised as but actually was not. My husband needed to shower, and there was no ability to do so. There was a shower tub in the room, but Insufficient, grab bars and no chair to sit in even if it was possible for him to get into the tub. We stayed only one day of our five day planned as the facilities were totally inadequate. The management of the hotel refunded our entire stay, and we went to another hotel.
This is an older hotel. The woman that checked us in was very nice and got us checked in quick. The room had an older smell to it but we got used to it. It was nice to sleep in a soft bed. Most hotels have such hard beds now.
Limited breakfast, no elevator
My e cigarette cartridge was stolen from my room by the cleaning person. When I went to ask the front desk person if anyone had turned it in he said he would check and went into the back. Afterwards I heard laughter and they guy came back and out and said he didn’t see anything. I didn’t want to press the issue further as I had a flight to catch but I know for certain where I left it.
Bed was terrible
are hotel rom door would not lock and we'd been having problems with it we told the front desk and the would even refund us that we had to go through orbitz been then would approve the refund for the night even tho it felt u safe to stay there. they switched us rooms before we called and the door on it also barely close you could she light through a gap in the door. they did not take security seriously.

1. DISH TV was a mystery, using channel up/down resulted in random channels appearing. Channel Guide did not match programs shown. 2. Breakfast was minimal in items offered. Pastries were loaded with preservatives.
The room smelled really bad, the sink had a hole in it, the tub was stained really bad with something gross, overall it was pretty bad.
The ac dont work. Tried complaining to the frontdesk twice about it and thet did nothing about it. Outside is colder then the inside
