Great location for our needs, comfortable, and quite.
Gabriel the person in charge of food made us a plate of food we came in 5 min before the Mix closed and he took it upon himslf to make sure we were fed--really a great worker who takes pride in doing his job the best
I enjoyed my 3 nights stay at this hotel. I love that they provided breakfast as well as food & drinks during dinner time on the exact nights I stayed there (Mon-Wed). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and homey. Location was great. It was my first time in Colorado Springs and I enjoyed my time there.
The fan motor in the heating/air conditioning unit was extremely loud and made for a long sleepless night.
It was a great stay and a nice breakfast to start the day.
We had a great stay at the Residence Inn. The hotel is well kept, the staff were all helpful and professional, the room was very comfortable, the indoor heated pool was warm and fun, and the morning breakfast was great. My only minor complaint would be the room doors are very loud closing no matter how careful you are which is rough when your neighbors are needing to go ib and out at 6am when you are trying to sleep.
Stayed comfortably overall. Too much static electricity on the blanket for sofa bed.
Over the past 25+ years we have been Marriott Rewards members and have almost never been disappointed with Residence Inn. This one was fantastic for our one-night stay while in the area.
Nice hotel, pool was a little small and there wasn't a hot tub. Breakfast was good both days! Room was lovely and clean, staff super friendly!
The hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious and the breakfast was great. I had an issue with the TV in my room and the night manager did nothing for us. He didn't even attempt to trouble shot or offer us any type of assistance. He said well you have a TV's in the other room, we can have someone fix it tomorrow. He didn't apologize, he wasn't very friendly when we checked in either.
This hotel like all Residence Inns is great for families. The location is a little far north for many of the Colorado Springs attractions but if you don't mind driving to those it is a nice quiet location.
We have decided that this hotel chain is now our favorite as we were so impressed with our three day stay. We were attending an event at Focus on the Family, nearby. At the hotel, everyone from the front desk to the cleaners is courteous and friendly. It is obvious that all staff have been trained in courtesy and appearance, all uniformed and socially impeccable. The manager went out of his way to switch our room upon check-in as we needed the privacy of separate sleeping areas for a surprise visitor. The breakfasts were well above the quality of the others. I offered to pay extra for my daughter and her boyfriend's breakfast as they dropped in to visit, but the management gave them a free pass since they were with us. The Monday thru Wednesday light dinners were valuable. Although not always a healthy choice, (hamburgers, hotdogs, cold cuts, chips) we chose to partake of a few healthier items (cheese, fruit, salad items) and glass of wine or beer as an appetizer prior to going out for dinner. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable. The dining area was also kept impeccably. On our cross country return following our stay, we stayed at a popular big name hotel from a chain that FORMERLY was our favorite and noticed a stark contrast. Grumpy desk people, not enough pillows for the occupants, dumpy dress code, state smells. We are so impressed with our stay in Residence Inn that we will always try to book with that chain in the future.
The hotel was equisit.
Visited cadet at AF Academy Visited mountains
The hotel was ideally located to my work site with easy access to restaurants, the interstate and shopping locations.
It would be nice to have an eating establishment or two nearby. Haphazard house keeping. Couldn't use the LIGHTED tennis court, basketball court, or gulf putting green after 9:00.big disappointment. Very boring breakfasts. great oatmeal, however !(canned fruit) Soup and salad one early evening a week, good idea, but old, thick and pretty awful. Friendly staff, efficient .
Large, comfortable room with almost any amenity you'd need. Internet was easy to access, television was visible from both the bed side of the room, and the living room side. Kitchen had ample supplies (dishes, dishwasher, icemaker, etc.) Hotel and property were clean, parking lot well lit. Breakfast in morning was well supplied with good variety. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit remote (no restaurants nearby for instance) but is well located near Air Force Academy for easy access to/from Academy. Would stay at this property again.
