Evrything was good !! Clean room, nice beds, and good breakfast.

There bed frames and mattress's in the hallway. The place was very dirty and the door to the room would hardly close. The place needs serious upgrading.

We booked our room way back in June completely paid on it. When we got there they gave our room to someone else. We were out $300 and didn't get it back until later that week. Management gave us the go around the whole time. Terrible service and management, wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

The hotel needs to be renovated. Lobby, elevator and rooms were clean but well worn.

Reasonably priced hotel. Hot and cold water both worked fine. Only problem was my nonsmoking room smelled like smoke. Left window open all day for the 4 days I was there, but every time I walked into the room it smelled like smoke. Breakfast was below average. WiFi was okay.

Was very disappointed in the staff as they did not seem too concerned about my questions concerning room cleaning for multi-night guests. Room was not touched before second night...no coffee replacement, etc. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Hotel was old which is ok but it was very loud. Left one day early.

Nice room & Friendly staff. Good breakfast with Waffle machine. Many nearby restaurants and shopping, Great view of Pikes Peak.

As soon as you get on the elevator it smelled like smoke the whole third floor getting off the elevator smelled like smoke and so did our non smoking room

Overall good experience. I checked in late but was able to check in smoothly. The location is very nice and the room I stayed in was good enough for the stay.

For my purposes, this hotel was adequate. Would have been nice to have a tub, not just a shower. The room is small but ok if not spending too much time there.

This was what was needed while waiting for truck repair

This is a great place to stay. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location for USAF events or for the Chappel Hills Mall area.

I felt that the hotel staff was rude, the nicest person was the cleaning lady of whom I gave a tip. The carpets were dirty, room was small. Okay if you want to stay on budget.

Nice comfortable stay and value was great. No problems what-so-ever.

The hotel room was very clean and arranged. Wifi and complimentary breakfast was there as offered. Staffs were good. All in all very good experience, considering the rate too.

highly recommended. You will never find a better hotel in town at similar price. Clean room, excellent service, fast internet and decent breakfast. Located in safe area and you can't see suspicious people. Could not complaint at all.

We were staying in a non smoking room but needed to walk through a smokey hallway and elevator. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel is located near lots of restaurants and has good access to I-25

I have stayed at the hotel 4 times this summer...overall I have had good experiences .The staff at all levels are great, very nice! I would like to see some cleanup in the public areas, they need a little TLC.....this last visit, I asked the maid to change the blanket, it was dirty, she shook her head yes, but I knew she didn't understand English very well...needless to say the blanket was not changed..... Still a great value overall
