My room was subpar as far as cleanliness there was no housekeeper. I was there for two days, didn’t get clean towels didn’t get any housekeeping services whatsoever needless to say I will never stay there again, nor do I recommend anyone staying here it’s a cheap warm place to sleep that’s about it

They parking was bad sharing with another very popular hotel. Breakfast was below standard.

Very stale place..oder of mustiness..but, had to get some sleep..

A great valuefor the price. The lobby was very inviting and the breakfast quite adequate.

Clean and friendly. However, seems to be a homeless haven out front. Also, lots of things broken. I had several light fiztures in my room that were not working. Not sure if it was that they were broken or dead bulbs. The one computer for guests to use was not working and I needed to use a computer.

For a budget hotel room was clean as in I actually felt comfortable sleeping under the covers. Staff was friendly and even brought some tooth paste up to the room for me. Breakfast was very minimal but for the price I didn't expect much more. Clea, safe, and budget sensitive.

The front desk person worked at least 12 hour shifts back-to-back both nights of my stay, and was as polite, helpful and professional at both ends of her shift as any I have seen at any high-end hotel! My room was well cared for as well. This lodging was a great value!

Met expectations. Breakfast was a bit meager, but otherwise no real complaints, and the price was right.

This hotel needs a total renovation job. Everything was horrible looking beside a great TV and a great shower. The bed was horrible, pillows and sheets unacceptable. The reception person was great though....

Motel needs some updating. Floors were nice. Only one nightstand in the King sized room and we both have cpap's to use at night. Comforter and bed skirt were disappointing. Room keys didn't work for crap

The staff was fantastic... all of them are so friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that it's not worth the money. I can easily get a Wyndham brand for $20-30 a night less, easily! The main problem was the inadequate furnishing. There's only 1 chair for a king size bedroom and nightstand only on one side. Lack of carpet contributes to noise getting carried around. I was lucky since the other guests were very respectful of bedtime but when their kids were running around we can hear them loud and clear. Overall I could have paid a lot less for the same quality.

Our window was broken, the curtain was 6” open it did not close al the way. It smelled like cigarettes outside in the corridors, it’s labled as full breakfast, but it’s not, cheap cereal with third selection fruits left overs

Beware, Do not book on line, they will requirer a 100.00 Deposit at check in. Will charge your card even if you decide not to stay. Good luck getting your money back from them. Very rude staff, there answer to every question in that you must talk to manager...who is conveniently never there. They charged my card after I told them would not be staying, and when I ask them to refund the charge, there answer is that my account is closed and they can not go back to refund the money they stole out of my bank. Beware, Beware, Beware... they have a scam running to get your bank account information to take your money. Also, noticed that they are disposing of all there beds and soft furnishing.... Bed Bugs???

A good hotel for the value, the breakfast was lacking in variety. Still worth it though.

The housekeeping staff was pushy. They cleaned my room when I asked them to stay out of it. The one day I was there they pushed there way into the room at that point I left. Still had one day left on my stay.
