This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Internet signal was terrible. I could not even reliably check email. I gave feedback to the hotel front staff and never received any emails, notes, or phone messages from the hotel. Many items within the room were broken such as the faucet in the sink, the drain plug to the bathtub would not close and was pulled out entirely, there was water soaked into the carpet when I arrived, the front door latch barely opened and you had shoulder it to open it. The rooms were poorly lit. The 6 foot tall 10 Commandments right next to the front door of the hotel was just unprofessional.

The staff was very nice, as was my room! The only complaint I would have is that my room was right above an entry, so the noise from people going in and out all night and day was a little irritating.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel the bed's are very comfortable. there is a full size refridgerator, stove, dishwasher plates, silverware, and ice in the freezer. I love this hotel, it is close to shopping centers, which I love. Very pleased with our stay in this hotel.

The large eight foot headstone with the Ten Commandments our front of the entrance should have been red flag number one. Someone getting arrested in the lobby should’ve been red flag number two. A guest vandalizing the light fixtures in the hallway should’ve been red flag number three. There was a hotel full of people but I saw and heard only a few very uncomfortable people who seemed like they knew a big secret they were keeping from me. Stay away! This place is scary!!!!

We needed a place to stay for an early flight and the weather was bad. It did the trick and the staff member was very friendly.

The hotel is clean and quiet. Only downside is the parking.

Nice location close to shopping and restaurants. Suites include kitchenettes. Great full breakfast included. Large rooms.

Noisy, a bit run down hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. Wifi didn't work. Air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Tried sleeping with window open, but too noisy. Not walkable to any restaurants. No hotel services until you stay at least 3 days!

Parking inadequate. Breakfast room too small. Great staff. Great food. Overall very good stay.

Have to drive thru residential area to get there. Huge marble wall with 10 commandments in lobby. All of the floors are uneven in the hallways. Hard beds with fluffy ball pillows. Looks new on the outside but old building on inside. Outside furniture chained to concrete.

The beds are comfortable, and it's nice to have dishes and a full-size refrigerator. The thermostat is not very user-friendly. The breakfast is adequate, although it would be nice to have whole milk.

Hotel is old, dated. It is pet friendly, which is troubling considering the fact that every inch of the place is carpeted. It also has a musty smell because of the old carpet.. Some exit doors work with the Key card, some didn't. Free breakfast included coffee and milk, but no juices of any kind for the kids. I would not stay here or at any of their other facilities again.

Room are very comfortable, staff are kind, this a nice hotel, just missing a pool and a healthy breakfast.

It was a great hotel and a nice place to stay and for a great price. Breakfast was good

Very friendly and helpful staff. It is conveniently located, clean, and comfortable.

Decent location. Wish hotel had pool/etc. staff was great. Good prices.

Staff was friendly and unobtrusive; room was spacious and well-equipped

Good parking very limited. Good location but awkward to get to. Rooms were great but limited breakfast space.

The room was unexpected. I did not notice it was set up as an extended stay. It had a full size refrigerator with mini kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, 2 burner stove and coffee maker. Also included was a dresser, 2 seat table and couch. My only complaint was the bed. I am used to a very soft bed and this was much too firm for my liking or comfort. Sleep was not easy for me. But overall it was a great surprise and enjoyable stay. Thanks

I got the room though a 3rd party. Upon arrival, I filled out the paperwork with a sufficiently mannered gentleman. Then I noted it said "smoking room". I inquired because I cannot abide smoke smell. He assured me all rooms were non smoking. Well, they may be now, but the lingering smell of past smokers ruined my stay. I was too bushed to complain and be moved, and endured. My CPap machine now 6 days since, is still smelling like the smoke it inhaled while sleeping. Very disappointed in my investment for a room.

Thank you Zach for taking the time to write a review on our hotel. The 10 Commandments at the front entrance are meant to let all of our guests know the morals we believe in as a team. It is true that we had some very unfortunate events take place at the hotel recently, but that is not at all indicative of the usually wonderful stay almost all of our guests experience as you can see from our other reviews. You can't always control the actions of others unfortunately. I hope you give us a second chance during your next trip through Colorado Springs and I wish you safe travels.

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel! The 10 Commandments outside the front entrance is to let everyone know the ethics by which we operate as a hotel. The hotel was built on property that slopes, hence the "hills" in the hallway, but I assure you the property is level. We chain the furniture outside due to high wind gusts occasionally. Again, thank you for reviewing the hotel and we hope to see you again!
